Demivie is a typical three-story terraced house located in the heart of the village of Serra, where, just a few steps from the property, you can dream in front of a spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets. On the ground floor, there is a common space for guests, a cool and welcoming place where you can store your equipment for the beach or hiking. Bike parking is available.
On the first floor, the Air room, in black and white, with an ensuite bathroom, will offer you everything you need after a day at the beach or a boat trip or cycling excursion.
On the second floor, there is the Earth room, with warm and soothing colors, an ensuite bathroom, and a double bed, and the Water room, on two levels, dedicated to younger guests, with a double bed and access stairs to the bathroom.
I live on the top floor! I am always available for any of your needs or curiosities.
In the morning, breakfast awaits you in your room with croissants and focaccia, hot drinks, and fruit juices, or if you prefer, at the Evora Cafe in the Church square, with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets.
At Serra, children still play in the streets. And at Demivie, children under 12 years old stay for free (breakfast excluded) ! We also provide bottle warmers, travel cribs, baby bathtubs, high chairs, and feeding accessories for the little ones.
We strive to respect the environment by providing you with shower gel and shampoo dispensers to avoid plastic waste. Because we love the place we live in and want to respect it!
