Inside, you’ll find a living room with a fireplace, record player and books; a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower; a walk-in wardrobe; and two bedrooms overlooking the Apuan Alps, the Magra River and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Use of the laundry room and second guest bathroom must be arranged with the host.
Outside, the grounds feature an olive grove with scenic benches and a furnished terrace. There is parking on the property for several vehicles. Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement and subject to the host’s terms. Dedicated resting areas are provided, along with outdoor spaces secured by double fencing. Guests are asked to treat the furnishings and artworks with care.
