SERVICE FOR ALL GUESTS
At check-in, an interactive digital service is provided with lots of useful information to make your holiday easier: services near the B&B such as bars and bistros, restaurants and supermarkets, useful links (timetables of all museums, transport, guided tours, hop-on hop-off sightseeing) and much more.
The bed & breakfast is located a few meters from the subway, line A "Vittorio Emanuele" stop. Functional environment, with particular attention to design and colors.
THE ROOMS
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo and liquid soap, wifi connection, digital terrestrial TV or smart TV (some rooms), air conditioning (only in the summer months), safe (optional service).
Possibility to book a room with a cot for children from 1 to 3 years (info via email). Children under 4 years old stay free of charge in their parents' bed.
The rooms are cleaned daily, if vacated by 10: 00, with particular attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
Unlimited check-in and check-out.
COMMON AREA
Computer (free use of printer available on request). Toaster, microwave, kettle.
Free access to the tea and herbal tea corner at any time of the day.

Rates do not include the tourist tax (€6 per person per night. Children under 10 do not pay).

Check-in deadline 23: 30 [All requests for check-in after the deadline are subject to availability of the property with a supplement of 50 euros. No request for a refund of the reservation will be accepted in the event that the b&b is unable to accept check-in after the official closing time].
Check-out: 10 (luggage storage allowed without time limits within the day).
In-room safe (optional) : €5 per stay.
Shuttle to/from airports: 1-2 people: €65 (€75 after 7 pm until 7 am), for 3 or 4 people: €75 (night time: €85).
Use of the kitchenette is not included in the service.
