The building has recently been enhanced by a facade restoration that revealed original decorations and the emblem from that era, maintaining a distinctive architectural charm. The main entrance, accessed through a wooden door, leads to a hallway adorned with a vintage chandelier and painted tile mosaics, while a secondary entrance at the back opens into a well-maintained communal courtyard.

Situated on the first floor and accessible via an elevator (after a few steps), the apartment has been recently renovated, offering cozy and functional spaces. The living room features a double sofa bed and a kitchen area equipped with everything needed for independent cooking, including child-friendly dishes. The master bedroom ensures comfort and tranquility, while the bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. A coffee corner with an electric machine and a moka pot, along with a designated tea area with a kettle and a selection of infusions, adds to the carefully curated and welcoming atmosphere.

The standout feature is the panoramic terrace of about 40 square meters, overlooking the sea and the pedestrian square. Fully furnished with a table, seating, an outdoor lounge area, and sun loungers, it is enhanced by plants and flowers arranged to create vibrant green corners. A motorized double sunshade allows for enjoyable outdoor use even during the hottest hours, making it perfect for moments of relaxation or outdoor breakfasts with a view of the coastline.

The location allows for easy immersion in Ostia's lively evening atmosphere or enjoying morning walks along the seafront and at the beach, which can be reached simply by crossing the road.
