Cheeses, cured meats, meats, and vegetables come directly from their farm or carefully selected local producers. Traditional dishes such as risottos, ricotta gnocchi, homemade lasagna, and slowly cooked meats “in tecia” are served, alongside cheeses made during the summer grazing period at Malga Fossa di Sarone.
