Surfer’s Paradise is a charming apartment located in a peaceful area of Rimini, just a short walk from the sea and the picturesque Borgo San Giuliano. Its location allows guests to enjoy the city with great convenience, parking the car in a reserved spot and easily reaching the town center, restaurants, shops, and many services on foot.
The interiors have been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, inspired by the colors of the sea and holidays. Special attention is given to the artworks in the apartment: a collection of hand-painted paintings depicts some iconic views of Rimini, including the pier and its lighthouse, helping to establish a unique and locally connected environment.
The living area includes a lounge with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a dining space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, dishes, pots, and utensils. Basic items such as tea, herbal teas, sugar, salt, spices, vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil are also provided, along with a washing machine and detergent.
The bedroom features a large king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm, complemented by a memory foam topper and various types of pillows to ensure a comfortable rest. There is also a wardrobe, bedside tables, mosquito net, roller shutter, and air conditioning.
The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soaps, and a heated towel rack. The apartment also offers high-speed EOLO internet connection, two air conditioners, and radiator heating, making it suitable for stays throughout the year.
Outside, there is a small furnished area with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying some time outdoors, along with a clothes drying rack. The indoor spaces are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in the outdoor area.
Upon request, an iron and ironing board, a crib, and a high chair are available free of charge. The center of Rimini is about a ten-minute walk away, the bus stop is roughly one minute away, and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes on foot. The exhibition district is approximately an eight-minute drive.
