Il Nido Locanda with its kitchen is a venue born from the desire to create something that transcends the basic idea of dining and hospitality.
Our project takes shape in a natural setting, surrounded by greenery, where time slows down and the experience becomes paramount. We aimed to build a space that makes people feel embraced, much like a "nest": intimate, genuine, and meticulously crafted in every detail.
Our inn embodies two spirits: on one hand, hospitality, with rooms designed to provide comfort, tranquility, and a deep connection to the local area; on the other hand, the kitchen, which represents the beating heart of our identity.
Our culinary offerings stem from a clear philosophy: to enhance the raw ingredients, respect seasonality, and reinterpret tradition with a contemporary perspective. We do not seek complexity for its own sake, but rather balance between technique, flavor, and emotion.
We strongly believe in our connection to the local area: we collaborate with small local producers, select quality ingredients, and convey the history and flavors of our land through our dishes.
