If you are looking for a quiet place in a pleasant green area, yet convenient for reaching Bologna, L’Arte dell’Accoglienza is a space designed for those who love to feel like a guest… and not just a visitor.
The house combines vintage charm and modern comfort in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Each room tells a small story through objects inherited from my grandparents, such as Olivetti typewriters, vintage radios, and Singer sewing machines. These details give character to the spaces and turn your stay into a warm and authentic experience.
The B&B has only two rooms with private bathrooms, ensuring tranquility and privacy for guests.
- SINGER: simple, cozy, and bright. Ideal for those seeking comfort and relaxation.
- PHILCO: more spacious and secluded, perfect for a truly peaceful stay.
BREAKFAST AND GUEST AREA
Inside the house, you will find a welcoming breakfast area reserved for guests, where you can enjoy the included breakfast each morning.
This new space is also designed as a small common area, where during the day guests can read, work on a laptop, have a chat, enjoy a newspaper, have a snack, or simply take a break in a quiet and relaxing environment.
If needed, the kitchen can also be used to heat or prepare simple meals. All in respect of the spaces, cleanliness, and other guests.
Being a property with only two rooms, the common areas are used exclusively by guests, maintaining a calm and private atmosphere.
A guest fridge is also available, organized with separate sections for each room.
HOSPITALITY
I enjoy welcoming guests in a simple and authentic way, aiming to make everyone feel at home.
When it is not possible to meet in person, a self check-in procedure is available, allowing guests to arrive and settle in independently.
USEFUL INFORMATION
From April 1st, the city tourist tax will apply, according to municipal regulations.
