Centro Storico welcomes guests to a 1940s villa in central Parma, still home to the family who owns it. On the first floor, guests have a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, as well as exclusive use of a living room with a kitchen and an adjoining terrace.
With its own separate entrance, the accommodation offers plenty of independence. The bedroom has a TV and Wi-Fi, and guests can use the kitchen and terrace to prepare and enjoy breakfast, which is included in the rate.
Private parking is available on request. The property has a municipal permit allowing access to Parma’s limited traffic zone (ZTL), so guests arriving by car can arrange entry details with the family.
