Casa Benassi is a beautiful stone house dating back to the end of the 19th century, expertly restored, immersed in the greenery of the mountains of the Modena Apennines.
We offer both ROOMS and APARTMENTS / SUITES, furnished with simplicity and taste. All accommodations feature a PRIVATE INTERNAL BATHROOM with shower, flat-screen TV, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.
BREAKFAST is served on the veranda and is particularly refined and plentiful, with local and genuine products.

During winter, the location of the property is particularly favorable for SKI lovers, with the Cimone-Le Polle ski lifts just 5 km away and Sestola and the Abetone lifts 15 km away.
In summer, the location is ideal as a starting point for walks, excursions and sporting activities.
We also offer private parking and a charging station for electric cars.
