Use of the stovetop for meal preparation is not permitted.
The kitchen balcony provides access to a small, furnished terrace for shared use.
The two spacious bedrooms feature windows, beds with ergonomic memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, Smart LED TVs, wardrobes, insect screens, and blackout curtains. The bathrooms are spacious and both include a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (soap and towels).
Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
Extra beds or cots cannot be added.
The kitchen cannot be used for preparing meals.
Note: The property does not have its own parking; however, a private garage is available for a daily fee (reservation required). Alternatively, street parking is available in municipal lots with hourly rates.
