The second apartment is a lovely mini-apartment comprising only a bedroom, a hallway, and a very spacious bathroom, but it does not include a kitchenette, outdoor spaces, or private parking, making it more suitable for short stays.
The two apartments offer a high level of privacy as they are separated by soundproof doors and walls, with completely separate entrances.
Additionally, it is possible to combine the two apartments upon request to create a single living space.
The villa is situated on a private road with limited access for a few residents, ensuring tranquility and absolute relaxation.
