Declared by the Innkeeper

CasaLina Perfect House welcomes every guest with an authentic and inclusive spirit, providing a stay designed to make everyone feel at home, regardless of their background or travel style. The aim of hospitality here is straightforward and genuine: to create a family-like atmosphere where respect, tranquility, and attention to detail allow for a peaceful experience of Altamura, just like being at home.

Located in a quiet semi-central area of Altamura, outside the restricted traffic zone and well-served by shops and essential services, the property is only 450 meters from the charming historic center. Its location makes it easy to reach the main attractions of the city, including the majestic Federiciana Cathedral, the Mercadante Theater, and the characteristic stone courtyards that reveal the city’s most authentic spirit. The apartment is easily accessible by car and public transport, with convenient free parking nearby.

The accommodation is a thoughtfully furnished, spacious, and functional apartment, perfect for couples, families, and small groups. It includes two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a dining area enhanced by the presence of a piano, and a relaxation area designed for quiet moments and socializing. It can comfortably accommodate up to five adults, with the option to add a child, ensuring balanced and comfortable spaces for all types of stays.

Guests have access to the entire apartment; the bedrooms are made available according to the number of guests booked. For two guests, only one bedroom will be accessible, which can be configured with a double bed or twin beds, while the use of the second room can be requested for a small additional fee.

CasaLina Perfect House also serves as a strategic base for exploring Puglia and the surrounding areas. Matera, known for its UNESCO heritage Sassi, can be reached in about fifteen minutes by car, as can Gravina in Puglia with its scenic Aqueduct Bridge and fascinating rock churches. In just over an hour, it’s possible to visit Bari and the Basilica of San Nicola, the Alta Murgia National Park, Polignano a Mare overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the bright Ostuni, and the iconic Alberobello with its trulli.

The name CasaLina stems from a deep family connection: a tribute to the owner’s mother, Lina, who symbolizes gentle strength, dedication, and sincere hospitality. This same spirit guides the hospitality of the house today, designed to provide a pleasant, relaxing, and enriching stay where every guest can feel welcomed with care and authenticity.
