Our apartments are located on a hill, surrounded by the wonderful natural oasis of the Borsacchio Reserve, immersed in nature, just over 1 km from the beautiful sea of Roseto degli Abruzzi. An ideal place to relax away from traffic, chaos, and city pollution, while being just five minutes from the sea.
We have different types of apartments:
- Apartment A consisting of 2 double bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom;
- Apartment B consisting of 1 double bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom;
- Apartment C consisting of 1 double bedroom, dining room, and bathroom.
Check-in times: 5:00 pm
Check-out times: by 10:00 am.
NOTES ON RATES:
Rates include water, electricity, and gas expenses;
Supply of linen for the bedroom and bathroom;
1 parking space inside the enclosure surrounding the entire residence.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Refundable damage deposit;
Beach service (availability upon request).
