Just 50 metres from the sandy beach, our two recently renovated apartments are designed for couples and families looking for a comfortable seaside holiday where everything is within walking distance and every day feels refreshingly simple.
Both apartments are located on the first floor of the same building, served by a lift, and include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and access to a gated, video-monitored condominium parking area (unassigned spaces).
The beach, the pine grove, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the cycle path and all essential services are only a short walk away, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without constantly relying on your car.

Our Beach Studio (38 m²) is ideal for couples and small families looking for a practical, welcoming space just steps from the sea.
The comfortable double sleeping area is separated from the living room, where a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for one adult or up to two children. Everything has been carefully arranged to make the apartment feel spacious, functional and relaxing, whether you're staying for a weekend or a couple of weeks.
Beach Studio is a compact 38 m² apartment, designed to make practical use of its space. It is ideal for couples and small families, but if you prefer particularly spacious accommodation, please keep its size in mind when booking.
Although the beach is only 50 metres away, the apartment does not have a sea view. From the window you can only catch a small glimpse of the sea between the surrounding buildings.
The bathroom is compact too, and the shower is 60 cm wide. We prefer to mention this in advance, particularly for guests who may find a smaller shower uncomfortable.
We want the photos and description to give you an accurate idea of what to expect: a small, comfortable and well-equipped apartment whose real advantage is not a panoramic sea view, but having the beach practically on your doorstep.

Our Beach Terrace (40 m²) is perfect for families and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors.
The double sleeping area is separated from the living room by a custom-made partition, while children have their own separate bedroom with bunk beds.
The furnished terrace, complete with dining table, chairs and two sun loungers, quickly becomes the favourite spot of the house—ideal for breakfast, relaxing after the beach or enjoying dinner outdoors on warm summer evenings.
A location you'll love
Beach Terrace is a cosy 40 m² apartment. Its spaces are carefully organised to accommodate couples and families comfortably, but it is still a compact holiday home, so please keep its size in mind if you prefer particularly spacious accommodation.
The terrace is one of our favourite features of the apartment and is perfect for breakfast, outdoor meals or relaxing after the beach. However, despite being only 50 metres from the coast, the apartment does not have a sea view.
We prefer to make this clear because we want the photos and description to set the right expectations before you book. What makes Beach Terrace special is being able to step outside, cross the nearby pine grove and reach the sandy beach in less than a minute – then come home and enjoy your own little outdoor space.

In less than a minute you can walk to the beach, while the nearby pine grove and seafront cycle path are perfect for morning walks, bike rides or evening strolls.
Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, gelato shops, pharmacies, playgrounds and beach clubs are all within easy walking distance, making your stay simple and stress-free, especially if you're travelling with children.
Most of our guests quickly discover that, once they arrive, the car often stays parked for the rest of the holiday.

As a tourist rental, Beach Apartments is best suited to guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Out of respect for our neighbours, the apartments are not suitable for parties or noisy groups.
The minimum stay is 3 nights throughout most of the year and 7 nights during July and August, allowing our guests to truly relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
