The B&B is situated in a small private oasis, close to the sea, the Santa Filomena Nature Reserve, and just a few minutes from the centers of Pescara and Montesilvano.
The flat location, only 100 meters from the sea, allows for easy access to the inland areas where you can discover the natural and artistic treasures of Abruzzo.
