Charming property, good location.

The stay was fine. Contact with the host was good, clear instructions for self check-in, perfect location, use of the indoor garage (paid). The mattress was a bit hard, the shower head keeps spraying towards the wall, when other guests are in the hallway it is a bit noisy.

Everything perfect, structure faithful to the photos, clean, excellent location. Directions provided by the manager for check-in very clear. Recommended.

The B&B is located in an area well served by bars and shops. The place has everything you need and good assistance from the manager. Everything went well.

The site is relatively close to the train station, although far from the historic center of Bergamo. Access is autonomous via code, so initially there is no contact with the host. The room and the usable space are clean and modernly furnished. It has a kitchen and is well equipped. Overall, it has a good value for money. Despite not having contact with the host, they provided us with all the help we requested and even allowed us to leave the luggage and pick it up outside the check-in hours, free of charge.

Strategic location, right in the center. We were also able to use the garage so we parked the car that we didn't touch until departure. Everything was very organized: precise directions to open the entrance gate, the garage gate, and the house gate, where to find the keys, how to activate the WiFi connection, in short, everything very precise. Personally, I missed "seeing someone", exchanging a few words with the hosts that make the visit unique because you taste the soul of the city with them.

Great property, very clean, in a central area in Lower Bergamo, very convenient self check-in. The room isn't excessively large, I chose the one with the en-suite bathroom.

The host was very helpful with arrival instructions, including instructions on how to get from the airport to the property. The room and bathroom were spotless, very clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower only had hot water for a minute or two. But that is likely out of the control of the host. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! I would highly recommend this place to others.

We had an absolutely smooth and wonderful experience staying at Bergamo Sottosopra before flying home. All the parking and access details were perfect and adequate. Beautiful room, bath, and kitchen, and great coffee included. We recommend this place to everyone who wants to fly out of Bergamo early in the morning: have a fantastic day in Bergamo, eat in at Bergamo Sottosopra with your own groceries, and have a short trip to the airport. We will be back.

I liked the location of the bed and breakfast "Bergamo Sottosopra", close to the train station and a few minutes from the center. The booking management was also precise. The room was really nice, tastefully furnished, clean and very quiet: we rested very well! Highly recommended! We did not meet the managers in person, but they are definitely very friendly people.

I am so glad to have found the Bergamo Sottosopra property. The contact with the host was amazing. Very helpful, polite, and excellent. The property is new, clean, and very close to the shopping area and city center. We had a really good time. We will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

Excellent location, easy self-check-in. We had a very quiet and comfortable sleep. We also liked the balcony with its view, art books & magazines, various moka makers and coffee for use in the kitchen. The hosts put together personal city tips that come in handy. Everything was provided and the communication with the host was personal and super friendly.

We had a very nice and clean room in the apartment. However, it could have been a bit more spacious. \nThe location of the apartment was great. Within 3 minutes, we were in the city center and the old town was also within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes). \nThe owner was really nice and helpful. She provided a great description of how to enter the apartment and of the parking possibilities around.

Great remote assistance from the host. The remote check-in can be intimidating at times, but Ambra was there at every moment and for every need, guiding me step by step! Cozy room, well-furnished and clean. Excellent location close to all services and to reach the upper part of the city as well. I will definitely come back for a visit to the city and I recommend it!

Great place to stay - clean, good size and very convenient location. The host was very friendly and communicative with making sure I got there and didn't have any issues.

I stayed for 2 nights and I was highly satisfied. The communication with the owner was good and the location is very convenient (11 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to Città Alta). The property provides basic kitchen appliances like a moka pot, coffee, etc. Most of all, the cleanliness is top!

Very nice, clean and new guesthouse, not far from the station and convenient for visiting the city. Quiet and peaceful environment. Unpleasant to receive the request both via email and a few hours later via whatsapp at the beginning of the week (Tuesday) for the advance payment, even though it was supposed to be done by Friday.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights and we had a great time, excellent cleanliness, very convenient to the center, well-kept rooms. The only thing we would have liked to find is breakfast.

The location was fantastic for visiting Bergamo. The host was very accommodating, especially as I had a foot injury and needed a shower rather than a bath. This was arranged without any issues. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. However, the hosts provided us with two fans.

No hustle, self check-in. Ideal room for simply staying the night, as we used all the time in Bergamo to walk the city, we only slept at the location. Never met the host in person, but they were communicative via WhatsApp and suggested a local restaurant when asked, spoke fluent English. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and cosy B&B; we had a very good stay there. We only met one of the owners, Ambra, but she was extremely open, friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated with love. The location is very practical, as the B&B is close to the city centre and the station, although the street itself is not the most beautiful one in wonderful Bergamo. All in all we were very happy with our choice. A few things that you might want to know beforehand: The two rooms that we had share a (large and clean) bathroom - which was perfectly OK for us. The breakfast is mainly an 'Italian stylè one, meaning that it is rather simple and predominantly sweet (cake, biscuits) - for Italy, where breakfast is not as important as in other countries, it was very good. And it is a self-service breakfast: Everything is set up in the kitchen, you can toast bread, take anything you want from the fridge, make your own coffee etc. But once again: We thought this was a wonderful B&B at a reasonable price!

Great little B&B well situated for a stopover to see Bergamo (a secret gem). Clean and very comfortable excellent host.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Sottosopra, à cause de la gentillesse de nos hôtes, de la grande propreté des lieux et aussi de la possibilité de prendre notre petit-déjeuner sur le balcon.

Es perfecto para familias. Está muy bien ubicado y la zona es muy tranquila. Se duerme muy bien. La propietaria es encantadora y se preocupa por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Aunque el check-out es pronto, permiten guardar las maletas. ¡Muy recomendable!

Sehr gemütliches, ruhiges und sehr sauberes B&B in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof, der zentralen Altstadt mit Einkaufsmeile und vielen hübschen Restaurants. Super Betreuung durch die Betreiber Ambra und Nicola (mail-Verkehr in Italienisch oder Spanisch, Empfang bei der Ankunft, Tipps und Hinweis zur Stadt, Hilfe bei Fragen,...) in charmanter und herzlicher gastfreundschaftlicher Art. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Kochutensilien, Mocca-Maschinen und diversen Frühstücks-Lebensmitteln (frischen Früchten, Eiern, Joghurt, Milch, Butter,...) stehen zur Verfügung - einzig frisches Brot muss in einer der nahe gelegenen Bäckereien besorgt werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - herzliche Dank an Ambra & Nicola, jederzeit gerne wieder!

I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e molto simpatici. Le stanze pulite e accoglienti con con dei colori allegri. Si trova in zona centrale da cui puoi raggiungere facilmente le vie più belle di Bergamo. Tutto davvero ottimo.

Un lugar limpio y acogedor, con multitud de pequeños detalles para que te sientas confortable y relajado. El "check in" de Ambra (Persona encargada) es muy coherente con todos estos detalles buscando en todo momento que todo esté a tu gusto y aportando información relevante sobre Bergamo, sus gentes y alrededores. Todo un acierto caer allí, en nuestro caso repetiremos seguro. Gracias por todo !

Il bed & breakfast è accogliente, pulito e confortevole! La posizione è ottima. La struttura è tranquilla, le stanze sono ben illuminate e hanno colori vivaci! I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Personale davvero gentile e cordiale (grazie di tutto Elisabetta). Posizione perfetta; l'unica nota negativa è il wifi cioè non prendeva nella stanza matisse dove ho alloggiato io però nelle zone comuni aveva un'ottima ricezione. Complessivamente, ci ritornerei, mi sono sentita come a casa!
