We have stayed in this apartment in the heart of Palermo 2 times within 2 months. Besides the great location, the first surprise was the energy and the hospitality of our host Alessandro. He welcomed us with fresh Sicilian pastries, wine, and coffee. On the very first day, we were notified by the airline that our return flight is canceled. Alessandro took up the challenge and accommodated us for another 5 nights in the top-floor apartments - which were brand new and very beautiful. I highly recommend these apartments. We will definitely be back. Ale, thank you very much. You are the greatest host!

The structure is very central and a few steps from the main points of interest in Palermo. In the same Vittorio Emanuele street and in the surrounding streets, there are endless possibilities for shopping and many places to have dinner, have a drink, and try the Palermo street food. The holiday home is very clean, welcoming, and equipped with every kind of comfort. You can see the hand of a property that cares and leaves nothing to chance! This is something we had perceived from the first contacts after booking. Alessandro was generous with suggestions and directions. He accompanied us during our stay, pampering us with small attentions already upon our arrival, which is not taken for granted... This also contributed to making our stay unique. Highly recommended structure, a choice we will repeat if we were to find ourselves in Palermo again!

I stayed at the Kassaro Apartment with my family for 4 nights, a stunning location in the heart of historic Palermo, all the tourist attractions are within walking distance in a few minutes and we loved the structure very much. It is equipped with every comfort, very clean and silent. The icing on the cake is the host, Ilenia, a person of incredible kindness who knew how to advise and pamper us from the moment of booking onwards. Thank you!

We had a great time, both in the apartment and with the owner. It is brand new and located right in the center. As girls, we can say that the area is very quiet and touristic, we felt safe even when coming back home in the evening.

I stayed here for 5 days and I can only recommend this property. The house is very beautiful and comfortable, but the location is what sets it apart. In the heart of Palermo, near the Quattro Canti, I think you can't ask for better. Ilenia was too kind and hospitable from the moment of booking, but even more in person bringing us cannoli and even giving us a ride to Mondello on the last day; Sicilians are very hospitable, but she raised the standard :).

My family, composed of 2 adults and three boys, stayed for three nights in the Balarm apartment. The accommodation is even better than it looks on the site, very spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need. Moreover, the mattresses are very comfortable, you sleep like a log. The highlight, however, is the central location, all the monuments, markets, and restaurants are very close, so it is not necessary to take any means of transport to visit the city. Despite the location, the accommodation is quiet because it overlooks a very characteristic inner courtyard. The owner is kind and helpful and gave us very valuable information on restaurants and street food, so if you want to have a great holiday in Palermo, this b&b is an excellent starting point.

Very central apartment, at check-in we were welcomed by the owner, a very kind and super helpful person. For our arrival, she made us find some very good Palermo biscuits. The apartment was very clean and really spacious, equipped with every comfort. We really enjoyed it even though for a few days, I would absolutely recommend it.

From our experience at this B&B, I can only offer positive words: upon arrival, the lady greeted us with great hospitality, even gifting us reginelle, typical Sicilian pastries. The house, truly impeccably clean, includes a modern bathroom - always very clean - with a multi-accessory shower, a comfortable bedroom equipped with air conditioning - as in every main room of the house - and internet-connected TV, a kitchen with kettle, coffee machine and induction hob and a small living room - also with TV - and comfortable sofas. The B&B, located at the Quattro Canti, right in the city center, easy to reach from the central station, is strategically positioned for those who want to reach the main attractions of the historic center on foot. The owner, a really proper, courteous and affable person, was available for every need. We are extremely satisfied with our choice and very happy for the hospitality and trust given to us by the owner. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week in this accommodation in Palermo and we had a great time. The apartment is located a stone's throw from Quattro Canti and two from all the tourist attractions, very central. Ilenia, the owner, made the apartment impeccable, cooled, with drinks and some local delicacies. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.
