Area not exactly central, not very recommendable at night, close to the Hospitality*** although for two nights no discomfort was felt at all. The staff is very courteous and helpful and the cleanliness is adequate.

Too bad because it is not very well-kept especially in the cleaning of the short outdoor bed. And some points in the room are worn out. For the rest, the room cleaning is ok. Also the space.

Room 1, on the landing, at the entrance of the Hospitality*** and next to the staircase and elevator... Very noisy! No privacy. Pen stains on the cover, broken furniture, etc. Only the staff was accommodating. We do not recommend this hotel, which is quite far from the center and 10 minutes from the station. Expensive for the quality and not worth a 3-star at all.

Everything is extra, coffee or tea... despite the reasonable prices. A bit far from the center, but some rooms on the street are noisy. Otherwise, well-furnished rooms, nothing to complain about.

Everything was almost perfect, too bad that on the second night some clients settled in the inner courtyard to discuss loudly from 00:00 to 01:00.

Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. I recommend it to those who, like me, are demanding in terms of cleanliness, I will return every time I have checks at the Hospitality***.

More than a three-star hotel at 103 euros per night, I would define it as a hostel! The only positive note is the breakfast with products purchased from a local pastry shop. Cleaning and location are terrible.

Great place. Very clean, very comfortable, the staff is kind, patient, and helpful. If I come back to Palermo, I will go there without any hesitation.

The structure looks very good. Recently built, the rooms are comfortable just right. Good breakfast and possibility to park the car in the garage adjacent to the structure. Owner available to meet the requests of his clientele. Only downside is the elevator too small (only one person fits). Overall very satisfied. Will return.

Hotel that absolutely deserves the three stars it has. Good spaces in the room and modern but not impersonal decor. I greatly appreciated the availability and courtesy of the staff in managing the guest's needs before and during the stay.

Everything ok, cleanliness and breakfast, only inconvenience having to do it in the room due to regulations, but being small it was a bit difficult. The outside area is ugly, a dirty neighborhood. Too bad because the hotel deserves it. Giuseppe and Massimo always available people.

Nice structure in the center very new and well maintained. Spacious double suite room, well taken care of in detail clean.

Sono stato benissimo in questo hotel, la struttura è vicina alla stazione e 10 minuti dal centro storico, colazione abbondante con una buona dose di scelte, camere pulite e moderne, lo staff è molto gentile e professionale.

Ho soggiornato all'Hospitality Hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione appena 10 minuti a piedi distante dal centro storico di Palermo, ma anche vicino al plesso ospedaliero-universitario, permette il soggiorno sia per scopi turistici che di lavoro. La camera è molto confortevole, pulita, il cortile esterno è un toccasana per chi non volesse restare sempre dentro la camera. Personale in reception cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'hotel ha una convenzione molto vantaggiosa con un garage privato appena dietro. Dispongono di una mini piscina con idromassaggio, che per esigenze personali non ho potuto sfruttare ma semmai dovessi tornare mi piacerebbe farlo. Consigliato, sicuramente tornerò!
