Great. I was there in March and everything was perfect.

The structure is great, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Hospitality and availability were exceptional. In addition, communication was extremely easy.

Very courteous, kind and helpful owners for every request made. Highly recommended.

A wonderful family-run bed and breakfast. Very clean and modern rooms. The breakfast features many homemade products that are quite delicious. Great service and attention by the owner. The location is a short walk to the historical center.

We stayed the last week of September. The property is conveniently located for us, a few kilometers from Noto, Siracusa, Portopalo, Pachino, Marzamemi, the natural oasis of Vendicari. Family-run structure, clean, excellent breakfast from savory to sweet with homemade cakes, croissants, bread, yogurt, and jams. We felt at home.

We stayed for two nights, very clean and modern room. The breakfast was abundant, varied, rich in homemade and quality products... a special mention to the tangerine jam and yogurt prepared by Mrs. Antonella. Excellent value for money. The location also allows you to reach interesting places to visit. Top reception and availability. Highly recommended!

The B&B is brand new with a central yet quiet location in Avola. The car can be easily parked on the street without the risk of being damaged by third parties. Climate/fridge in the room. Excellent outdoor terrace. Superb breakfast with refined and quality products (all homemade). Extremely kind staff.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from Avola Antica. Beautiful beaches are a 15-20 minute walk away. Rotisseries, ice cream shops, supermarket, and bakery within a 5-minute walk. The bus station is also very convenient for taking buses to Siracusa, Catania, Noto, and Marzamemi. Excellent reception and new structure. We will definitely come back!

Very kind and helpful owners in recommending places to visit or restaurants for dinner. Abundant breakfast (the delicious cakes of the lady). Spacious and very clean room and bathroom. Recommended.

I chose Hybla Major B&B for part of my vacation in Sicily with my girlfriend. I start by saying that the property is in a strategic location, making it very easy to reach all the points of interest in the area (cities and naturalistic routes: among others Syracuse, Cassibile caves, Noto, Vendicari reserve, Marzamemi); the parking, as we arrived by car, is on a spacious and safe street. The property appeared excellently cared for and organized from the first impact. We were welcomed by Gabriele and his mother, two lovely people; Gabriele provided us with very valuable information to make the most of our vacation, always available for any of our needs; as well as his mother, who also prepares the fantastic breakfast, rich in genuine and homemade specialties - sharing very interesting anecdotes about their preparation. The spacious room stands out for cleanliness and completeness of comfort, not least the greatly appreciated nighttime silence. Following the experience that was more than positive, although I am not used to writing reviews (this is my first for an accommodation facility), we can only recommend Hybla Major to anyone wishing to spend the best stay in southeastern Sicily; I take this opportunity to thank Gabriele and his mother again and say goodbye to them with affection.

Everything was superb.

Desire for a family vacation! Staying at the Hybla Major B&B means being pampered at every moment of the day. From breakfast to the excursions offered by the structure (compliments to the guides Gregorio Chiarenza and Andrea Morosini who made us fall in love with the Cassibile Reserve), from shopping tips to "tips" for typical flavors to discover for lunch or dinner. Gabriele and his mother are exceptional people and the structure is the demonstration of their sense of "hospitality": unique and exceptional! A hug of cordiality, to everyone. We will be back!

From beginning to end, customer care, hospitality, and availability make the stay perfect. I highly recommend this property to enjoy Avola.

Beautiful property located on a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the center of Avola. The room is very spacious, with a nice bathroom. A highlight is the breakfast. It is spectacular, with pastries prepared daily by the host's mother.

We participated in the second edition of the Hybla Major B&B 100 km and were looking for a Bed and Breakfast near Piazza Umberto Primo (finish) and were impressed by its strategic location. So we found this wonderful structure managed by superlative mother and son, delicious and abundant homemade breakfast with beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms. If you pass by Avola, I highly recommend contacting the property.

Our stay was pleasantly pampered by sweet, abundant and various homemade breakfasts with care. Cozy room and recently refurbished. Gabriele and his mother were very kind, helpful and welcoming.

We stayed a week at the Hybla Major B&B as a base to visit this wonderful corner of Sicily. Cozy rooms, clean, comfortable bed, large shower in the bathroom. Super breakfast with homemade and organic products. Gabriele and his mother are excellent hosts, they gave us advice on visiting the most beautiful places and also the beaches. They also offered us a wonderful excursion to the Cavagrande reserve on the Cassibile river with the expert guide Gregorio, who accompanied us on this splendid tour with admirable passion and availability.

Warm and friendly family. Excellent breakfast with homemade products made by the owner's mother. She will explain the characteristics of the ingredients.

Helpful and kind hosts, nice room with various useful amenities (like the mini fridge). Well-equipped and spacious bathroom. I'm just sorry that due to travel commitments I couldn't have breakfast.

Modern, comfortable and clean environment. Large and functional room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, efficient heat pump. Located between the center and the sea in a quiet street. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast with genuine products of excellent quality, many of their own production, from yogurt to cakes, bread and omelettes, peppers and olives... and more. The kindness and courtesy of Gabriele and his mother give the idea of how much enthusiasm and love they put into their work! Thank you!

The structure fully met my expectations. I recommend it, the only inconvenience is that it is located on the second floor without a lift, but in return there is a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the town.

Nice property, located in a great spot in the city, with supermarkets, pizzerias, and other amenities very close by both by car and on foot. The hosts are lovely and very kind, they prepared fantastic, genuine, and delicious breakfasts for us every morning. The city is close to many other countries to visit; certainly, if I find myself in that area in the future, I will gladly return.

Cozy and comfortable structure, managed with care and courtesy. Every day we were delighted by the splendid breakfasts of Mrs. Antonella, whom I still thank, and by Gabriele's attentions in indicating the most beautiful places to visit. The room was cleaned every day and is furnished with care to ensure maximum comfort. I can only speak well of our holiday in Avola.

Great Bed and Breakfast to visit the entire southeastern Sicily. Very convenient location (10 minutes walk from the historic center of Avola, 15 minutes walk from the sea). New and clean rooms. Excellent breakfasts, prepared with care by Gabriele's mom. Gabriele is super helpful and kind.

We spent a week at this property and we can't help but give it very high ratings! The Hybla Major B&B is quiet, bright, and extremely clean. The room and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is unforgettable thanks to Gabriele's mom, a true expert and passionate about healthy and natural ingredients. Fridge in the room (with water provided by Hybla Major B&B almost every day and for free), umbrellas available for guests, and a manager, Gabriele, always ready to listen to the customers' needs. Highly recommended!

L'esperienza è stata assolutamente piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, tra il mare ed il centro storico, ed è molto ben ordinata e pulita. La stanza è moderna e ben arredata. La colazione è la sorpresa più gradita: la madre di Gabriele ci ha fatto trovare tante prelibatezze preparate in casa direttamente da lei: yogurt, cornetti, pane, biscotti, torta alle mele e marmellate. Tutto era squisito e preparato con grande cura, passione e tanta attenzione per le materie prime utilizzate: farine di grani antichi, lievito madre, uova fresche e olio locale. Il personale è assolutamente cordiale e molto disponibile. Gabriele ci ha dato tanti utili consigli sulle località da esplorare, la madre, invece, sui posti dove mangiare ad Avola. Sicuramente ritorneremo e non vediamo l'ora!

Basta vedere i voti che abbiamo dato per capire il livello a cui siamo! Antonella e Gabriele, madre e figlio, sanno come far sentire al top i loro clienti, prima di tutto esibendo una struttura impeccabile: particolarmente attenti alla pulizia di ogni ambiente, tengono moltissimo anche alla disinfezione, indispensabile e fondamentale in questo periodo così delicato! Quando entri nelle camere e nei bagni, ti sembra di entrare in ambienti non ancora utilizzati da nessuno! Un vero piacere! E poi hanno un altro grandissimo pregio, sanno 'coccolare' i clienti, a cominciare ogni mattina dalla prima colazione! Antonella ha le mani d'oro e con molto orgoglio ogni mattina ti illustra le prelibatezze che ha preparato e soprattutto gli ingredienti 'strategici' e naturali che ha utilizzato, mi raccomando, non assaggiate il pane che fa con i grani antichi...crea dipendenza! Gabriele, la mattina del mio compleanno, mi ha accolto con una fetta di torta con una candelina che vi devo dire, saranno anche cose che normalmente un gestore di un'attività turistica dovrebbe fare, ma raramente ci è capitato di trovare tanti aspetti 'perfetti' tutti insieme.

Ospitalità e gentilezza in una struttura collocata in punto strategico per raggiungere costa, spiagge e località d'arte della Sicilia sud-orientale. La cordialità dei proprietari nell'offrire consigli e indicazioni utili al soggiorno è unica. Ottime e speciali le colazioni preparate da Gabriele assieme alla mamma. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie di cuore con la speranza di ritornare.

Non saprei cosa aggiungere alle recensioni che ho letto prima di scegliere questo luogo. È stato scritto tutto e sottoscrivo. Visto l'anno particolarmente difficile che stiamo tutti attraversando, venire qui e vedere degli occhi gentili e sorridenti sopra la mascherina è stato di gran conforto. Brave persone che sanno accogliere nel migliore dei modi. Grazie di tutto!

Struttura appena fuori dal centro storico raggiunbile comodamente a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Disponibilità ampia di parcheggio per l'auto in zona. Camere nuove, spaziose e molto pulite, presenza di un cortiletto sul retro con tavolini e possibilità di relax. Gabriele e la mamma preparano tutte le mattine una colazione abbondante con prodotti tipici siciliani e non (es. marmallate, yogurt, pane, biscotti, torte) fatti rigorosamente in casa e sono pronti a consigliare itinerari e visite. Grazie per la vostra gentile ospitalità, speriamo di farvi visita alla prossima occasione!

B&B situato in una posizione strategica, nelle vicinanze dei laghetti di Cavagrande, riserva di Vendicari, e di Noto. Spiaggia spettacolare, locali con ottimo cibo e pesce fresco. Il B&B si distingue per la pulizia impeccabile, posto tranquillo. Simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi il proprietario e la mamma. Colazione molto particolare, tutto fresco, fatto in casa, biologico, abbondante e buonissimo. Voto dieci! Consigliatissimo

Un'accoglienza fantastica in una struttura ubicata in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi d'interesse della Sicilia sud orientale.

La gentilezza e l’ospitalità dei proprietari, oltre la pulizia dei locali, peraltro nuovi e curati nei particolari, ne fanno di un b&b un eccellente attività degna di proseguire nel futuro.
