Splendid location, in a quiet position with an exceptional panorama. Excellent and abundant breakfast, impeccable cleanliness and warm and familiar welcome. Simply perfect!

Hilltop structure with sea view, just a few minutes from Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and with modern furnishings, equipped with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a friendly person, helpful, and always ready to provide advice on places to visit and where to eat. Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio with a spectacular view. In addition, Fabio personally prepares some of the pastries served in the morning! The experience was very positive, highly recommended!

The structure is located on a hill a few minutes from the sea and the center of Vasto. Cozy and well-furnished rooms, a relaxing space on the terrace and a corner for herbal teas and a common fridge available as a cooler, impeccable cleanliness. Complete breakfast with the added bonus of homemade sweets and cookies. The owner Fabio is always kind and available to suggest the most suggestive places to visit in the surroundings and restaurants and places to have dinner. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night. We were welcomed by Fabio and his father, two down-to-earth, helpful and kind people. The structure is well-kept and tidy. The room is equipped with an air conditioner so you can rest on hot days, modern in style and very clean.

The owner Fabio, a very helpful and always present person, not only to always keep the garden and the structure in order, but also to give advice on places to visit, beaches to go to, and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent fish or meat dishes, based on preferences. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Fabio, who was very kind. The room is very well-kept and well-maintained, the furnishings are in order, daily cleaning and change every two days. The view is sublime (the sunrise is fabulous). The structure is located on the hills, a few kilometers from Vasto Marina and San Salvo, in a quiet and breezy area. Breakfast is personally prepared by Fabio and is very rich and good; the only thing is there is little salty food, but for sweet lovers it's paradise. Fabio gives advice on places to visit and where to eat, very reliable. Absolutely worth trying. We will be back.

Our holiday at the B&B Colle Selvotta was nothing short of fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all comforts, offering a delightful view of the sea of Vasto and the beautiful well-kept garden. Fabio and Melania delighted us every morning with a generous breakfast, featuring fresh products (including watermelon from 0 km) and homemade sweets. They also provided us with tips on places to visit and where to taste typical Abruzzo dishes. If you want to spend a holiday in total serenity, this is the right place!

We stayed at this property for only one night, but we were very satisfied with the welcome given to us by the family who runs the B&B Colle Selvotta. The location is truly magnificent... highly recommended! A special greeting to Bob Sinclar's look-alike.

Thanks to their advice and availability, Fabio and his parents accompanied us on a wonderful stay in Abruzzo. The B&B Colle Selvotta is in a strategic position, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the coast and the wonderful town of Vasto. The entire structure is very beautiful and well-kept, with spacious and airy rooms and enjoys a breathtaking view! Excellent breakfast! Highly recommended.

Impeccably maintained location in every detail with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and olive fields all around. We didn't suffer from the heat as there is always a light breeze. Fabio and his dad always attentive and available for any information and/or needs. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this B&B and it is a wonderful place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, away from the noises of the city, immersed in nature. It is located on a hill, in a strategic position: 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the city of Vasto. The manager is welcoming, polite, and very helpful for any need. An exquisite person. The breakfast is abundant and complete, satisfying every palate and need with a particular attention to the tastes of the little ones. We spent a short 5-day vacation, wish we could have stayed longer! Hospitality, availability, and kindness go hand in hand with the wonderful location and quality of the B&B Colle Selvotta. One small negative, the owner should get married, so he will have more help.

Nice structure on the hill with sea view. Fabio is very helpful, he suggested us where to go in the evening, letting us discover 'Vasto su', as he called it. Breakfast with all packaged products, but most likely due to covid prevention measures. So all good, judgment suspended on breakfast.

Spectacular panorama and abundant and good breakfast. Before arriving, it is advisable to call the manager because the navigator makes you take a different and inconvenient road, instead with the manager's directions it is 5 minutes away from both the center and the sea. The air conditioning was missing but it was not a problem as it was not very hot. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, thank you Fabio!

We had a great time, the garden is well-kept, beautiful sea view without chaos or noise. Breakfast is definitely the highlight, with homemade cakes and a wide selection. The owners are very helpful but not intrusive, highly recommended.

In an excellent location, cool room even with the sun, international breakfast. Some serious missteps in the choice of technicians maintaining the structure. Much more serious the primitive payment request, I would say just above barter. Hence the 5 in quality/price assessment. However, it is worth staying.

Although the stay was short, I can only compliment Lena and Fabio for the welcome in their beautiful B&B.

Spectacular view over the Gulf of Vasto. Everything very well cared for and great hospitality from Lena and Fabio. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful house, located on a hill in the middle of beautiful Italian countryside, you can see the sea and at the same time the countryside. It's magnificent, also surrounded by vineyards. Nice clean and comfortable room. The very friendly manager speaks a little French.

We had a great time! The B&B Colle Selvotta is located on a hill with a stunning view of the sea. A well-kept garden surrounds the property. The overall atmosphere is absolutely relaxing. The breakfast is spectacular with homemade pastries by Lena, who along with Fabio takes care of every guest by recommending places to visit and places to eat where you can be sure to spend little (thanks to Fabio's advice, we ate the best pizza of our lives!). I highly recommend it because you really feel at home.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Colle Selvotta the last week of July. We had a great time. The property is in a beautiful location, on a hill, but very close to the sea. The view is on the sea and it is spectacular. The property is well-maintained, very clean, with a large and well-kept garden. The excellent location allows easy access to the beach areas of Vasto Marina and San Salvo Marina, and also to the town of Vasto. Being on a hill allows for great silence especially at night. Your nights will be accompanied by the sound of crickets and cicadas, and in the morning you will wake up to the singing of birds. And what about the hosts Fabio and Lena, a lovely couple, very kind, very helpful, and very attentive to the guests. They will pamper you from the first day. They are always ready to have a chat and give advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thank you very much, the way you manage this property is truly a significant plus. I will spend the last words to say that Abruzzo is a wonderful land, for us it was the first time but we will definitely come back. For those who, like us, enjoy a bit of wild sea, a few kilometers away is the Punta Aderci reserve, a spectacular place, where the sea has enchanting colors, the beaches are golden sand, and behind there is a green vegetation, with walking paths that complete the magic of the place. It really deserves.

Il B&B è situato in un posto strategico sulla collina con vista spettacolare sulla campagna circostante e sul mare. Allo stesso tempo è vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, al paese di Vasto ed alle spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. La struttura è moderna e funzionale, funzionale, pulita. I titolari sono cortesi e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho passato un fine settimana in questo Posto incantevole con la famiglia. Loro sono persone eccezionali, Accoglienti, disponibilissimi. Camere pulitissime, ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, dalle torte alle marmellate. Il posto incredibile, una vista a 360° C tra montagna e mare. Location perfetta per rilassarsi e per visitare gli angoli di un meraviglioso Abruzzo. Vasto una città che merita di essere visitata. Ci torneremo e sarà un punto di riferimento per la nostra famiglia.

Un posto magico! In posizione panoramica e tranquilla, una bellissima struttura circondata da un bel giardino curato. La camera moderna, funzionale, accogliente e curata nei particolari. Un B&B nuovo e curato nei dettagli, posizionato fuori dalla ressa estiva ma con un panorama spettacolare. Le camere sono ampie e la mia aveva uno spazio privato sul giardino da dove godersi l'aria pulita e il silenzio della collina. Fabio è un gestore attento e accogliente. Un'esperienza decisamente da consigliare e ripetere.

B&B immerso nella campagna e nella quiete assoluta, in una bellissima posizione collinare con una panoramica spettacolare sul mare e verso l'entroterra. Pulitissimo ed i gestori (Fabio e Lena) gentilissimi e professionali, sempre disponibili. Consigliatissimo.

Tra cielo e mare! Ho soggiornato in questo B&B immerso nella natura dei colli di Vasto dove poter godere di un'ampia vista verso l'orizzonte, dove gli occhi si confondono tra l'azzurro del mare e del cielo e il verde del paesaggio circostante. La struttura è ben dotata di servizi ed aree relax sia per adulti che bambini. La colazione preparata da Lena, è attenta al gusto e alla qualità, senza tralasciare la linea e la varietà dei cibi! Camere minimal, pulite e lineari dove anche la mente si rilassa! Che dire? Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Grazie al proprietario, Fabio, sempre disponibile con consigli e suggerimenti! A presto.

In questo posto dove la natura ti abbraccia con un panorama sul mare, Fabio e Lena ti accolgono con tanta gentilezza e simpatia curando ogni particolare, dalla pulizia alla precisa organizzazione. Torneremo spesso, perché noi siamo esigenti. Loro sono "pure energy". Isabella e Gianfranco.

Posto spettacolare. Accoglienza e proprietari disponibilissimi e, per quanto riguarda le stanze, sono pulitissime e molto grandi. Il luogo da favola e facile da raggiungere, che dire, la colazione offerta uno spettacolo, tutto buonissimo. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 giorni ma sono bastati per poter affermare che il posto è incantevole, immerso nel verde, la stanza molto accogliente e soprattutto Fabio e Lena sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa, cordiali e molto disponibili. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Ottima posizione in mezzo agli ulivi, riposante, bellissimo panorama e tranquillità assoluta. Colazione con torte buonissime e pane fatto in casa. I proprietari gentilissimi e pronti a darti consigli utili su ristoranti e spiagge da visitare; hanno preparato un piccolo manuale con percorsi, posti da visitare e suggerimenti di come arrivare, ottima guida. Parcheggio recintato. Ci sono lettini ed un bellissimo prato se non vuoi scendere in spiaggia. A circa 20 minuti di strada ci sono le spiagge più belle ed a 5 minuti da lì la prima spiaggia se non vuoi muoverti troppo, ma vale la pena girarle tutte (punta Aderci, Punta Penna impossibile non andare, troppo belle) e per chi ama le scogliere e le calette San Nicola ed altre c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Andate a visitare anche Vasto paese con la sua terrazza panoramica e le sue viuzze. Fermatevi a mangiare da Peppe. Buona vacanza a tutti.

Struttura strepitosa, collocata in collina vicino al mare con vista panoramica stupenda. Camere curate in ogni dettaglio pulizia al top. I gestori dono due ragazzi cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di Agosto e direi che il posto è molto bello, posizione veramente invidiabile. Fabio e Lena sempre disponibilissimi per ogni esigenza, direi tutto a meraviglia. Un plauso particolare a Lena per le sue torte.

La struttura nuova con complementi di pregio. Abbiamo consumato la colazione in una piacevole e confortevole area comune. Tutto era abbondante e buono, sopratutto le torte fatte in casa. La posizione è perfetta: al fresco della collina ma vicinissima al mare. Contemporaneamente è altrettanto vicina a Vasto città. Ci proponiamo di tornare. Un ringraziamento a Fabio per la non usuale cortesia. Un caro saluto a lui e a tutto lo staff.

Oltre al bel panorama già all'arrivo mi è piaciuta tutta la struttura. Poi, facendo conoscenza con i proprietari, persone affabilissime, cordiali e simpaticissime, io e mia moglie ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Sempre pronti a indicarci posti molto belli (Punta Penna) come esempio. Stanze sempre in ordine, colazione più che abbondante, prezzi più che abbordabili. Splendida posizione panoramica, squisita accoglienza di Fabio e signora che sono anche molto comunicativi e simpatici, confort di livello anche per la possibilità di ricovero autovettura all'interno del sito recintato. Ci ritorneremo in compagnia.

Posizione perfetta in collina, tranquilla e con un bel giardino in cui puoi fare colazione. La nostra stanza aveva un bel balcone in cui potersi rilassare un po'. Lo consiglierei.

La colazione è organizzata in modo speciale da Lena che riesce a trovare infinite ricette deliziose adatte ad ogni tipo di palato. Che dire di più, grazie ragazzi! Ho trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in pieno relax in questa struttura, assieme ad un gruppo di amici. La struttura è accogliente e ben organizzata nei minimi dettagli, fresca e tranquilla da cui si può facilmente raggiungere il mare, la città di Vasto e le principali vie di comunicazione. Possibilità di praticare il “dolce far niente” nel pieno silenzio, ammirando il paesaggio delle dolci colline e del mare in lontananza, leggendo o prendendo il sole nel curatissimo giardino o negli ampi balconi della propria camera. Ottima la professionalità e piacevole affabilità dei proprietari con i quali viene spontaneo creare un rapporto aperto e familiare fin dai primi momenti del soggiorno. Colazione curata e personalizzabile. Molto apprezzabile anche il tipo di clientela ospitato (almeno quella presente durante il mio soggiorno). Assolutamente da consigliare e ritornare.

È una struttura bellissima! Vorrei abitarla tutto l'anno! La posizione collinare garantisce al B&B una clima fresco e la tranquillità che si cerca dopo aver trascorso una giornata sulla spiaggia o in giro. La colazione, arricchita da torte e frutta fresca è abbondante e accattivante. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite; in particolare, quelle con vista sulle colline e sul mare sono strepitose. È una struttura gestita con intelligenza, professionalItà, cura meticolosa e cordialità. Insomma ci si sente subito a casa propria. Una scoperta che invita a fare una sola cosa: tornare! La posizione della struttura è fantastica! Sulla collina che domina tutta la zona con una vista strepitosa! Peccato che ci siamo fermati solo una notte. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione e panorama incantevoli, ottima e adeguatamente attrezzata la struttura situata in zona collinare, tranquillissima ed a soli 5 minuti dal mare. Assolutamente consigliabile per una vacanza in pieno relax. Da sottolineare la cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori ed in particolare di Fabio, simpaticissimo e ottimo punto di riferimento. Torneremo sicuramente.

La posizione del B&B è meravigliosa, in mezzo alla campagna in un colle vicino Vasto da cui si vede il mare, un posto veramente tranquillo. Fabio (il proprietario) è gentilissimo, sempre disposto a dare consigli sulle spiagge e sui locali dove andare a mangiare. Veramente un posto per rilassarsi.
