I Ghiri è un Bed & Breakfast a conduzione familiare davvero accogliente, situato a pochi minuti fuori dalle mura della Città Alta, immerso nel silenzio dei boschi della collina. Super consigliato!

Che dire, grazie Cristina per l'ospitalità e le informazioni dettagliate per la visita della città. Il B&B si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e parcheggio privato messo a nostra disposizione. Partendo presto ci ha fatto comunque trovare una colazione abbondante e variegata.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno presso I Ghiri. Tutto era pulito, la colazione era ottima ed è davvero vicino al centro della città, ma tranquillo!

Siamo stati gentilmente accolti dalla signora Cristina, il B&B è leggermente fuori dal centro storico di Bergamo Alta, raggiungibile a piedi in circa dieci minuti, immerso nel verde, ha un parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo, il che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, le stanze pulite e arredate con gusto, la colazione perfetta, abbondante e varia dolce e salata. Peccato poterci fermare una sola notte, consigliatissimo. Unico neo, inaccessibile a persone disabili in sedia a rotelle, per il resto perfetto.

Un bellissimo (seppur breve) ma tranquillo soggiorno nell'altrettanto impareggiabile città alta di Bergamo! Infrastrutture preziosamente datate che hanno semplicemente aggiunto fascino agli ospiti calorosamente accoglienti! Consiglio se vuoi essere abbastanza vicino ma non nel pieno centro che può diventare un po' troppo affollato di turisti! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità e la colazione deliziosa completa!

Soggiorno eccezionale da tutti i punti di vista: proprietaria gentilissima, camera bella e molto pulita, colazione super, posizione comodissima per visitare Bergamo alta. Consigliatissimo!

Etre à Bergame est une belle expérience, mais être à Bergame en séjournant aux Ghiri est une expérience encore plus belle. La grande maison de Cristina, construite à flanc de colline, est immergée dans une nature encore sauvage. A la nuit, des parfums d'arbres et d'humus montent, et on entend les grillons. On a l'impression d'être en pleine campagne. Pourtant, on n'est qùà deux ou trois virages du centre historique de Bergame, qùon rejoint en quelques minutes à pied, en longeant de belles villas et leurs jardins. Même la "città bassa" est aisément accessible à pied, pour peu qùon aime marcher. Cristina, avant tout attentive au confort de ses hôtes, vous accueille chaleureusement, avec un grand savoir-vivre et beaucoup de raffinement. Sa maison est pleine de charme et impeccablement tenue. On s'y sent d'emblée comme chez soi et on la quitte à regret. Avant d'aller crapahuter, on se rend avec plaisir à la cuisine, où un petit-déjeuner copieux et varié est servi: oeufs, charcuterie et fromages italiens, tomates-cerises, yaourts, fruits, thé, café, jus de fruits, croissants et petites pâtisseries de Bergame. La journée commence bien ! Grazie mille, Cristina. J'ai adoré les Ghiri, où j'ai moi-même dormi comme un "ghiro".

Excellent stay with Cristina. The 3 bed room was enormous and beautifully decorated. The location is great, less than 10 min walk from the old town, but set in greenery and very calm. There is parking there and it's very easy to find. Cristina was incredibly helpful, providing us with a map of the town and recommending various restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Christina ist eine sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeberin. Für den Besuch von der città alta von Bergamo ist die Lage sehr gut, das Auto benötigt man nicht, die Altstadt ist zu Fuss rasch erreichbar. Grazie à Christina.

Ottima struttura ubicata nella parte alta della città in zona tranquilla e verde. Padrona di casa cordiale efficiente e molto disponibile lo consiglio vivamente.

Très bon séjour. Accueil très sympathique, lieu charmant et calme (durant le mois d'août). Accès simple en bus depuis l'aéroport puis à pieds depuis la citta Alta (un peu de marche qui grimpe, à savoir). Chambre jolie et spacieuse.

Die Woche in Bergamo hat uns sehr gefallen und die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Cristina ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir empfehlen das B&B sehr gerne unseren Freunden und Bekannten. Marianne und Felix.

Charming stay, very friendly and warm host, couldn't do enough to help you. Position of B&B good, just a short walk up a hill from where the bus stops. Breakfast of cheeses, meat (if required), eggs, yogurts, fresh fruit, jams, honey, cereals and delicious fresh bread every morning. Delicious coffee, assorted teas and fresh juices.

Una bellissima villa immersa in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa ma a soli 5 minuti di passeggiata dalla Città Alta. Arredamento curato, struttura pulitissima e spazi funzionali. Ottima anche la colazione e l'accoglienza della signora Cristina che ci ha fornito preziose informazioni turistiche ed enogastronomiche sulla città. Consigliatissimo!

Greate location, very warm welcome. English speaking. very close to old city, one of the most interesting city in Italy. no parking problem, nice view, quite and confortable. Very good place.

Everything positive you could read in the antecedent reviews is correct! The very amiable host gave us good tips for restaurants and sightseeing. We would recommend the I Ghiri to all our friends.

Christina is a lovely host and the I Ghiri is a beautiful charming place with wonderful rooms and an amazing breakfast.

Tutto perfetto come sempre!

I have just returned from my trip to Bergamo and my stay at the B&B il Ghiri. This was the best B&B I have stayed in. The house was lovely. Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was better than you get in expensive hotels. The owner of the house was just perfect to be running a B&B. The correct mix of friendliness, but very professional. The accommodation was a little way out of Upper City and as I was staying there on my own it was just a very very tiny issue for me. Having said that it would not deter me from staying with this family again. The house, breakfast peace and quiet more than made up for the walk uphill away from the Cita alta. I would recommend this B&B to anybody traveling to the wonderful city of Bergamo.

Un vrai coup de coeur! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte ainsi que l'enthousiasme qùelle apporte à faire partager ses informations sur la jolie ville de Bergame. Maison particulièrement accueillante et charmante. Très calme. A 5mn à pied de la vielle ville, de ses ruelles pavées. Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu.

A perfect position to be able to park and walk into the old town or up to the castle. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed for a lovely short visit to Bergamo.

Une maison exceptionnelle, avec des chambres de grande classe qui vont avec. L'accueil assuré par la propriétaire: tout simplement parfait! Tout proche à pied de la ville haute. Nous nous y sommes sentis particulièrement bien.

This was an absolutely wonderful retreat for our busy travel schedule. We arrived and just fell in love with the house, location, city, owner, everything. Fabulous breakfast. The owner was very kind and went out of his way to make us comfortable. It was perfect in every way. Would love to return.
