We were warmly welcomed and received good information at the beginning, then the contact with the host was in digital/telephone form. The rooms are located in the apartment on the top floor of a noble palace - that was already a special event for us! We would have appreciated a bit more helpfulness before departure (how do we get to the train station best with our luggage?). A hint about 2 bus lines from the nearby bus stop would have been very helpful, as the taxi service in Siena is unfortunately unusable for foreigners.

The structure is really beautiful and well maintained, it is also located in a very convenient and central position. We found the room clean and welcoming and the manager helpful. Highly recommended for a trip to Siena.

One of the most charming, clean and best value for money B&Bs in Italy.

The apartment, very nice and clean, is located in a central area. The bathroom is perhaps a bit dated. The common living room available to guests is very nice, but it would be more enjoyable if there were a coffee machine and a small fridge to keep some cold drinks. Anyway, it's a nice recommended place where we spent a nice vacation.

The location is beautiful, the apartment elegant and the room of a certain prestige. It would have been nice to have breakfast in that setting. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was missing, despite the high temperatures of the period. There was a powerful fan, but we would have preferred air conditioning. Furthermore, there was no fridge, which in our case was needed to store medicines as well as water to keep cool.

Central location, clean and fresh room despite the lack of air conditioning.

I recommend this accommodation to all people wanting to go to Siena, our host was very kind. The room and the accommodation were spotless, decorated with a certain taste. The location is optimal. Just perfect.

On arrival the host did not introduce himself. The building is charming and the owners are keeping it appropriately styled, however, travellers still expect what are now considered basic requirements, in particular air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge - the latter two could be incorporated in the communal sitting area. Also, our room was on the corner overlooking the bus station and Friday night was very busy and horrendously noisy, even until the early hours - triple glazing may help.

Charming host who welcomes in an apartment with simple and refined charm.

As charming as it looks on the photos, a very beautiful room with a stunning sight, perfectly clean. The common area of the flat, where you can sit and relax or meet people is very nicely and elegantly furnished, too. A beautiful place to come home to after long hours of sightseeing and dining, right in in the old-town center. Friendly host, too! Only thing to have in mind is, that ist is never absolutely quiet, due to location, especially the bus-station on the back of the house and young people who meet there and play their music at night. With windows closed, it did not bother me too much, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might not be the perfect choice.

Wonderful historic building in a central location in Siena, close to everything, with very nice accommodation, refined and very clean decor. Excellent, I often come back to Siena and I will definitely return to this place because it deserves to be revisited.
