Very convenient location for the center of Ascoli, impeccable cleanliness and really nice location, good breakfast and delightful welcome, I recommend it.

Highly recommended place for a vacation in the Marche region. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, strategically located in the municipality of Ascoli. The staff is very friendly and available for every need. The rooms are clean and very suitable for tourists, in the kitchen corner there is also an electric oven that gives an extra opportunity to eat comfortably on site. The only downside is the car parking, which is not always easy to find near the structure. Definitely worth coming back.

The property, very well maintained, enjoys a beautiful view of the Roman Bridge and is a short walk from the city center, which can be reached with a pleasant walk through the narrow streets of Ascoli; excellent and abundant breakfast. Perfect welcome from the staff.

I had a great weekend in this former convent on the banks of the Tronto river, delighted by a spectacular view from the balcony of my room overlooking the towered city of Ascoli. The structure is strategically located five minutes walk from the city center, which is accessed through a very suggestive Roman bridge. The owner is kind and helpful and her breakfasts are really delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this city, which is worth it for its historical beauties and gastronomic specialties.

Place definitely very nice in a former convent setting. Convenient to visit the ancient city of Ascoli and with a view from the room overlooking the Tronto river and the walls and towers of the city.
