Mrs. Laura perfect, the structure comfortable and well located, the terrace is truly 'kissed' by the sun.

Anna and I had the most delightful time at La Terrazza del Sole and are very grateful to Laura and her husband for their warm welcome. We had a great second trip to Sicily and we now know where to stay in Palermo! Thank you so much.

Cosimo and Laura have created a charming and well-maintained accommodation which is perfect for both business and leisure trips. The place is immaculately clean, within easy distance from many of the city attractions. I will never forget their hospitality, flexibility and personal touch in all they do. Breakfast is to die for!

The only negative point is the glass transom above the room door, as soon as another tenant turns on the corridor light or goes to the bathroom (with the same transoms) the light spreads into our room in the middle of the night.

Cosimo and Laura are two exceptional guests. Always available and smiling, they greet you in the morning with a rich and tasty breakfast on their beautiful terrace. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. A place to stay for days!

Everything is perfect! Sumptuous breakfast. Laura and Cosimo are impeccable, friendly and very helpful.

We liked the place but regretted that our dedicated bathroom was on the other side of the corridor. \nThe hosts were very pleasant.

Really a short walk from the Notarbartolo station and in the 'modern' area of the city, wish I had known earlier. Advice: call the B&B managers beforehand to find out which means of transport to take to get there. Positive notes: strategic location due to the proximity to the station mentioned earlier; cleanliness; blind bathroom but in the room, abundant sweet breakfast, good mom's jam. Off-key notes: booked a room with a large bed, even if alone, but upon arrival I found a single room waiting for me, obviously with a single bed; blind bathroom, no bidet but this was negligible; breakfast only sweet and not very 'artisanal', but it's okay. Really off-key notes: miasmas coming from the corridor, at times; I had to open the windows - without mosquito nets - for a while. Recommended for those coming by car, or those coming to the city for business in the Libertà area, or even for families and tourists who want to be a bit 'spacious' and quiet, away from the chaos of other possibly more characteristic areas of the city, especially in summer.

Camera ampia, ben arredata, molto pulita. Bagno fuori dalla camera, senza bidet, però pulito e carino. Gestori gentilissimi e colazione superba. Posizione ottimale. Un po' caro considerando il mercato palermitano. Nel complesso giudizio molto positivo.

Mi sono trovato veramente benissimo. Posizione della struttura centrale, camera singola con letto alla francese da una piazza e mezzo molto comoda con tv, wifi, bagno nuovissimo e terrazza ampia. Colazione perfetta e con ampia scelta. Cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari altissima. Tornerò sicuramente.

Bed and Breakfast nuovissimo, non molto distante dal cuore pulsante di Palermo. La struttura è veramente bella e accogliente, la chicca di questo B&B è l'enorme terrazza che si affaccia sui tetti palermitani. I proprietari sono gentili e cordiali, super disponibili e molto preparati per dare tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno in città. Il centro si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una piacevole passeggiata lungo viale della libertà, oppure si può raggiungere comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. Bed and breakfast consigliatissimo per il vostro soggiorno a Palermo.
