Mrs. Laura perfect, the structure comfortable and well located, the terrace is truly 'kissed' by the sun.

Cosimo and Laura have created a charming and well-maintained accommodation which is perfect for both business and leisure trips. The place is immaculately clean, within easy distance from many of the city attractions. I will never forget their hospitality, flexibility and personal touch in all they do. Breakfast is to die for!

The only negative point is the glass transom above the room door, as soon as another tenant turns on the corridor light or goes to the bathroom (with the same transoms) the light spreads into our room in the middle of the night.

Cosimo and Laura are two exceptional guests. Always available and smiling, they greet you in the morning with a rich and tasty breakfast on their beautiful terrace. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. A place to stay for days!

We liked the place but regretted that our dedicated bathroom was on the other side of the corridor. \nThe hosts were very pleasant.

Really a short walk from the Notarbartolo station and in the 'modern' area of the city, wish I had known earlier. Advice: call the B&B managers beforehand to find out which means of transport to take to get there. Positive notes: strategic location due to the proximity to the station mentioned earlier; cleanliness; blind bathroom but in the room, abundant sweet breakfast, good mom's jam. Off-key notes: booked a room with a large bed, even if alone, but upon arrival I found a single room waiting for me, obviously with a single bed; blind bathroom, no bidet but this was negligible; breakfast only sweet and not very 'artisanal', but it's okay. Really off-key notes: miasmas coming from the corridor, at times; I had to open the windows - without mosquito nets - for a while. Recommended for those coming by car, or those coming to the city for business in the Libertà area, or even for families and tourists who want to be a bit 'spacious' and quiet, away from the chaos of other possibly more characteristic areas of the city, especially in summer.

I had a really great time. Central location of the property, single room with a very comfortable queen-size bed, with TV, WiFi, brand new bathroom and spacious terrace. Perfect breakfast with a wide selection. Very high courtesy and availability of the owners. I will definitely come back.

Brand new Bed and Breakfast, not far from the bustling heart of Palermo. The structure is really beautiful and welcoming, the gem of this Bed and Breakfast is the huge terrace overlooking the roofs of Palermo. The owners are kind and friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable to provide all the useful information for the stay in the city. The center can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk along Via della Libertà, or easily by public transport. Highly recommended Bed and Breakfast for your stay in Palermo.
