Great because it is close to the Policlinico but far from dining facilities and the city center for a walk. Too bad no parking, although I was lucky to find a spot under the balcony of my room. I couldn't have breakfast because unfortunately at 7:30 you already need to be at the Policlinico.

Optimal location for those like us who need to be close to the hospital. The rooms are average but lacking in bed linen, which was not suitable for a single bed but adapted for a double bed, and in the bathroom, where some towels were worn out, and in the cleaning both of the linen (the quilt used instead of the blanket was not in the appropriate bag and was full of hair) and of the common kitchen where the dishes were treated with little care and lacked a clean sponge to wash them and the appropriate detergent (the same used for washing in the bathroom). A meager breakfast with only one fresh product each and another packaged, but of low quality. The manager asked for a deposit even though the website specifies "no advance payment, pay at check-in" and the balance in cash (I preferred to make a bank transfer), all without ever having a personal contact but only through WhatsApp messages.

Newly furnished rooms, cozy kitchen, excellent location near Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico. Kindness of the owner, beautiful view from the second floor of Mount Etna and sea view. Public transportation nearby. It does not have private parking but there are many paid solutions nearby.

I could not have found anything better; courtesy, availability, cleanliness, location of the B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico, comfort.

Very positive stay, the B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico is in a strategic position with respect to the Policlinico and the university venues of Via S. Sofia. Mrs. Ivana is very helpful in solving any problem and her little one's audio tutorial is Oscar-worthy.

Excellent especially for those who need to frequent the nearby hospital facilities, but not only (the highways are easily reachable, as well as the roads leading to the surrounding villages). The owner and staff are very helpful, the premises are clean and well-organized, and for guests there is also a comfortable kitchen living room with several tables, which we appreciated very much. However, a standard breakfast can also be enjoyed in some bars in the area. Also appreciable is the proximity of a private parking lot with affordable prices. We recommend it!

Room really small with a repeated and continuous noise from the autoclave all night long. Breakfast less than essential.

The structure from the outside is not very inviting, but the inside was a real surprise! Very cozy and well-kept environment. Each room is named after a planet in the solar system, recent renovation, new and clean furniture. I agree with the previous review regarding the power outlets (I brought double sockets from home) and the air conditioner, which works anyway. Not insignificant flaw, the breakfast: only a croissant and packaged juice, but as stated on-site, this is due to the covid emergency. It is worth mentioning the small balcony with views of both Mount Etna and the sea, and the very close Policlinico, which can be reached on foot. No internal parking, but the street allows parking outside, or a paid parking is just a little further down.

Comfortable stay. There are some inconveniences. \nThe individual sockets do not allow to connect both the lamp and the phone charger together. \nThe heat pump took quite a long time to heat the room compared to those of other facilities. \nThere was black colored dust on the sheets. Payment only in cash is not very convenient.

Clean and comfortable place. Extremely helpful owner, a great person. It's close to the hospital, you can even walk there.

We were guests in this structure as a group of 4 and immediately felt at home. The owner Ivana welcomed us with great professionalism, punctuality, and seriousness but also with a lot of availability towards our needs, which were very particular during that stay. The rooms were airy, air-conditioned, and equipped with all comforts. Maximum and absolute cleanliness, rarely have I found in the world Bed and Breakfasts managed in such a professional manner. Hotel-like comfort and services but with the warmth of a home. Then, unlike other places where I've been a guest, the common area is so warm and welcoming that we established relationships with guests from other rooms. Highly recommended for singles and families also because it is served by a supermarket nearby, hot tables also with delicious fish dishes, and with a 2 euro ticket, you can reach the city center via a bus/metro stop a few meters away, without the stress of traffic and parking. We stayed there for the hospitalization of a relative at the nearby hospital but we plan to return for a vacation because we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

The structure is located right in front of the B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico and is very convenient for those who need to go for medical visits and hospitalizations, but also for other purposes. The room is cozy and complete for every need.

Practical and comfortable in its essentiality, clean. To be improved the bathroom, at least for the room where I stayed, it had ventilation problems due to a bad and persistent drain odor.

Everything ok, poor breakfast I suggest a convention with a bar nearby. The rest is all good.

Excellent in all aspects.

We were looking for a facility close to the Policlinico and not only did we find what we were looking for, but the manager of the structure, Mr. Maurizio, with his availability and sympathy, made our stay more pleasant and relaxing. Thanks again to him and his colleagues. See you soon.

Brand new structure and impeccable cleanliness. Spacious room with all the comforts and private balcony with a private sitting area where I took the opportunity to have breakfast. Also excellent location for those who need to go to B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico, practically in front. Very helpful Ivana, the owner.

I was there for a conference at B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico. I stayed very well. The location is really convenient and the cleanliness is excellent. The managers are very friendly and helpful. I will return.
