Lovely building with an excellent host.

The place is very beautiful, spacious and quiet, surrounded by greenery. Easy to reach and with the possibility of internal parking in the structure. We were three couples and therefore we had the whole structure to ourselves, we felt at home even though we stayed only one night. Lorenza was very helpful and very kind and prepared a perfect breakfast for us. I feel like recommending it.

The bed and breakfast is cozy and charming. It is located in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery, but you can walk to the village for dinner or for an ice cream. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. Lorenza is an excellent host.

Central location but away from the main road traffic; parking available. Brand new and complete private bathroom. Kind and very helpful manager for every need.

Nice room, unfortunately the bathroom is in the hallway, but for each room there is a separate one, so it's okay. Good breakfast, simple, sweet.

Small charming establishment, we booked by chance. We were very well received in a charming house. All the amenities were present. Thank you very much for the welcome.

Italian mansion also completely decorated in that style. Located on a small hill with parking. Within a 3-minute walk you are in the heart of Busalla. The main street. Friendly owner Lorenza. We were passing through and slept there for 1 night. In the morning, a great breakfast with many choices. Personally, I prefer savory over sweet. And there was mainly a lot of sweet choices. But that is a matter of personal preference.

Beautiful house, very quiet night while walking to the village center in two minutes. Very warm and friendly welcome. Truly a beautiful place to stay. We easily found where to eat in the village, and it was very good.

Nice house, very friendly hostess, attentive. Situated in the city, but in a secluded location, we appreciated the calm. Relaxing place. Our Moto was parked safely. We recommend La Moggia.

Very charming Bed & Breakfast with a lovely garden.

Maria is such a sweet host. Her house is totally renovated and really feels like a palace. Everything was clean and well functionating. We had enough fresh towels, a good bed and a beautiful room. The bathroom was private and clean. The breakfast was very good. We had fruit, crackers, focaccia, yogurt and much more. We could order breakfast at any time we wanted. The house has a lovely view over the city and is located in a very quiet part of Genova. If you travel by public transport, this place is very doable. You just walk down the hill, cross the river and the trainstation is close by. Maria is the best host I ever had. So gentle and warm: I couldn’t wish for any other place to have my holiday.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Ci è stata affidata la dependance, quindi avevamo un appuntamento tutto per noi con uso cucina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era pulita, l'arredamento un po' retrò. Lontani dal caos di Genova, i bambini si sono divertiti a giocare nell'ampio giardino. Casello autostradale a due passi. Proprietaria simpatica e disponibile.

Lorenza is a very kind host who speaks good English and was very helpful with everything, also with recommending a great place to have dinner: -) Her B&B is in a quiet, charming old villa with a big garden. Very pleasant stay!

Je recommande ce B B dans un site remarquable, et l'accueil de la propriétaire est tout a fait charmant et sympatique..Je recommande cet hébergement..les pizzas du restau en face sont exceptionnelles..bravo..

Abbiamo deciso di scegliere questo B&b alla luce del fatto che era nella periferia di Genova ma nello stesso tempo molto vicino alla stazione, che con un semplice treno collega in meno di 20 venti minuti al centro urbano. La struttura è praticamente una villa ottocentesca immersa nella natura (abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere persino i caprioli!), curata nei minimi dettagli per cercare di rispecchiare le origini di questo luogo. Ci ha colpito in particolar modo la cortesia e gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno accolto come se fossimo membri della loro famiglia. Considerati i costi di Genova direi che rapporto qualità prezzo, alla luce di quello che c'è stato offerto non poteva essere dei migliori. La colazione è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio pur di soddisfare le richieste più particolari della clientela. Speriamo quanto prima di ritornare. Voto complessivo 10.
