A pitiful breakfast, apart from the very limited choice, how is it possible that they don't have a toaster? Apart from the breakfast, the structure is nice but for that price they could at least renew the rooms a bit which appear neglected and with broken and damaged furniture (in mine there was a half broken sink and a worn headboard). Also, very uncomfortable beds and very little privacy considering that my room was facing the courtyard where people passed by. They could at least put external shutters to keep the windows open and close them for privacy, but not even that. Either you opened the windows and were in the middle of people or you stayed closed. Very low quality-price ratio. Pitiful breakfast.

The helpful staff, we had a problem with our room (very noisy neighbors late at night), and they solved everything by moving us to another quiet room. Mediocre breakfast (all very artificial), but the B&B is very close to the city, and it is easy to have breakfast in the center of Siena. Comfortable private parking. Quiet garden area for those traveling with pets and to relax reading a book.

The bed and breakfast is very nice. The rustic Tuscan style of the rooms, the spacious garden, the view of the hills surrounding Siena, the relaxing silence make it seem more like an excellent countryside agriturismo than a bed and breakfast offering 4-star hotel services. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness of the girls at the reception. The breakfast room is small but well stocked with both sweet and savory. Ample and private parking. Tufi Gate is a 3-minute drive away, they also have a bus stop nearby. Unfortunately, the bus stops at 8:30 PM. It is a great place to stay in Siena if you have a car or a motorcycle. To come back.

Great location for accessing the city, convenient parking, spacious and clean room, good linen change. The bathroom is a bit dark and cramped but decent. Abundant breakfast, a pity for the non-artisan but packaged sweets, however, you can't expect to have everything. A 3-day stay overall more than positive.

Cozy place and very kind staff. I recommend it.

Clean structure, location not too close to the city center.

The structure has many potentials, but everything is lost in details that are not really details: the access to the parking lot and the structure is on a somewhat dangerous road, the rooms are well-furnished, the bathroom is new, but the shower has mold and all the mixers are old and full of limescale, so they look dirty. The fridge in the room was not working (and in August it's needed!) and despite our reports, no one did anything. The breakfast was disappointing: low-quality cold cuts and cheeses, packaged cakes and croissants, and other ordinary products. Breakfast can also be served in the garden, but in case of bad weather inside there are only 3 tables for breakfast for 1/3 of the guests.

This accommodation, as well as the service and communication, was a disappointment. They cancelled my reservation less than 48 hours before my arrival via an unreliable email, offering me another place much further from the city and completely different from what I had chosen. Despite my attempts to contact the accommodation by phone and SMS to solve the issue, it was impossible to get a response from them. If it hadn't been for a local who called to confirm if my reservation had been definitively cancelled, I wouldn't have known where to go. Horrible customer service experience. I do not recommend this place for its poor customer service.

Very nice structure, with a restoration that enhances its features. Very generous breakfast, with a wide range of both sweet and savory options, just a pity that the coffee machine had a problem, but it can happen and is accepted. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and pillows. If we have to find negative notes, they are related to the windows of the ground floor rooms, without mosquito nets and not allowing them to be left open without exposing to obvious risks.

Cold room, presence of mold in the bathroom. I cannot fail to mention the shower tray that had hairs. We were a couple and there was only one shower towel in the room.

A pleasant surprise, welcoming environment and a lot of well-kept greenery around.

Excellent structure with public transport 150 meters away that allows you to forget about using the car once parked upon arrival. Tickets can be purchased directly at the Bar with the same name as the B&B on the lower floor of the annex, or at the stop with the automatic machine. Gabriella who manages this B&B was friendly and helpful in providing us with directions to optimize our visit to Siena, we were also able to make an online ticket reservation thanks to her availability (she saved us from queuing at the ticket office by allowing us to proceed directly to collect the tickets for the tours). We stayed in the rooms of the Annex which are essential, clean, and well-kept. The breakfast is homely, with homemade cakes, fruit juices as per tradition, sweet and savory available. The cozy environment where breakfasts are served allows for pleasant conversation with other guests. Beautiful garden where the ground floor rooms of the annex overlook. Truly a great experience that we hope to repeat in the future both for the friendliness of the staff and for the quality of the structure.

Accommodation in a characteristic dwelling very close to the center of Siena, while still being easy to reach. The room is spacious and the private parking is practical and free. The staff is kind and helpful for information and curiosities. A place to return to!

Ho soggiornato in occasione di 1 manifestazione sportiva alla quale ho partecipato. Molto gentili a preparare la colazione alle ore 6:00 a.m. con pasta in bianco come richiesto! Tornerò l'anno prossimo.

Stanze bellissime e pulite posizione comoda per arrivare in centro con la possibilità di usufruire di bus con fermata a pochi metri. Parcheggio privato. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile, se voglio essere pignolo si può migliorare leggermente la colazione, ma per il resto lo consiglio.

Ottima struttura, bellissimo il giardino ed il casale è veramente bello. Squisita e gentile accoglienza, colazione buona e molto varia dal dolce al salato. Perfetto anche per un WE romantico alle porte di Siena. Molto consigliato !
