A truly charming and very well located accommodation, 3 minutes from the Vaporetto. The welcome is perfect, as well as our host's French. However, be careful with the steep staircase access for elderly people.

Absolutely to be recommended! Located in a neighborhood that is perfectly quiet and very lively, a fifteen-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and a few minutes from the Giardini and Biennale vaporetto stops that allow you to go everywhere, the apartment is spacious, bright, very well equipped in every way and perfectly clean. I stayed there alone but, with a mezzanine, it can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The contact before departure is easy, the welcome is simple and efficient, the owners, who live on the same landing, are available, responsive, helpful and discreet. Worth noting for people with mobility issues, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, at the top of a slightly steep staircase. Lastly, to find it easily, just look for a brick arch in the gardens, cross it by taking Rio Terà S. Isepo. At the first intersection, you will see the sign "Paludo S. Antonio" on the right.

Very nice and clean apartment. A stone's throw from the Biennale and the vaporetto stop. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, but away from the tourist chaos. The manager is friendly and helpful, he also gave us very useful 'tips'.

Structure located in an excellent position, a stone's throw from the vaporetto to the islands and the city center, and practically adjacent to the Biennale gardens! Easily reachable from the station with lines 4.1 and 5.1. Very spacious and comfortable environment, Mrs. Silvia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Very very pleasant stay!

Great location, very cute and well-maintained apartment. The only flaw, I'm sorry to say, was the old and uncomfortable mattress. Apart from this detail, I must say it wasn't bad at all, 10 minutes walk to reach San Marco, located in a quiet area with a lot of greenery.

Great location, the city center is reachable with a pleasant twenty-minute walk. Apartment equipped with numerous services, well-maintained cleaner. The owner, Mrs. Silvia, was helpful and courteous. I recommend it.

We stayed for 4 nights at the 'Ca' Zuane' property, I must say that we were very happy with the hospitality and assistance provided by the owners. The property is very comfortable, located in a characteristic area of the city easily accessible by public transport. We are very satisfied with our short stay.

We really liked the location because it's quiet, close to gardens, shops, and vaporettos. Availability, courtesy, and professionalism from Silvia, who also suggested new excursions for the lagoon. Recommended.

Very well-kept and refined apartment, comfortable for 4/5 people, equipped with everything, very Venetian area, quiet and close to shops, services, and vaporettos.

Very well-made structure; some things to improve, small things: entrance key needs to be changed because it doesn't always open the door, shower water doesn't always stay at the right temperature for a pleasant comfort. Apartment owners are kind and helpful!

Excellent solution, in every sense: very kind owners, renovated apartment, well-maintained and tastefully furnished. It's not right in the center, but position should not necessarily be understood as the distance from the center: a good location also depends on the context, which in this case is the Castello district, the most authentic area of Venice. All at a very fair price.

We were greeted by Mrs. Silvia with great courtesy and availability, she came to welcome us at the ferry stop a short distance from the apartment. Communication with her has always been easy and comprehensive. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need for a cozy stay. Despite being in the center, it is located in a very quiet area near the Biennale gardens and a short distance from the Arsenale. I recommend it without any hesitation.

Brand new apartment, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The air conditioning system works great. It's easy and quick to reach the main tourist attractions with line 1 or 2. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a well-stocked small supermarket, which also has a deli section with great prices for those who want to use the apartment for meals.

Buongiorno. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 al 9 settembre e mi sono trovata benissimo. La posizione è comoda in 15 minuti a piedi sei in piazza San Marco. La casa si trova in una zona in cui ci sono turisti ovviamente ma in giro ci sono anche molti veneziani: è sicuramente ancora una zona di Venezia estremamente vivibile. La proprietaria gentile ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni pratiche per visitare la città. La casa è bella, pulita e con tutte le comodità anche in caso di soggiorno prolungato. Mi sono trovata benissimo e ho intenzione di tornare a visitare Venezia, ci sono troppi luoghi da vedere e sicuramente ritornerò nella stessa casa.

Super nette Gastgeberin. Tolle Wohnung von der Ausstattung und der Lage. Etwas ausserhalb vom Touristenstrom und trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Einzig in einem Zimmer wurde es trotz Klimaanlage in der Wohnung nicht wirklich kühl, für die gerne nicht all zu heiss haben in der Nacht.:) ich würd die Wohnung aber gleich wieder buchen.

Sono stata ospite con due amiche. Gestori gentilissimi, precisi, disponibili. Appartamento tutto bianco, luminoso, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Silenzioso, perché in zona non frequentata dai turisti, consente di cogliere il ritmo di vita veneziano. La distanza da San Marco e altri luoghi "cult" è comunque minima. Nonostante i tre piani di scale, ci siamo trovate benissimo.

Bell'appartamentino fornito di tutto il necessario per 3-4 persone in una zona fuori dal caos turistico ma anche molto comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione della città.

Ottima posizione. Personale accogliente e gentile. Appartamento molto accogliente.
