I spent a weekend in a very comfortable room, very clean and attention to detail! The owner was very kind, friendly, and very professional. Strategic location, a stone's throw from the sea, public transport, the train station, and the square of Sferracavallo full of restaurants. I highly recommend the stay.

The structure is very clean and well-kept, with qualified and kind staff. The excellent value for money is undeniable. I will definitely come back with my group of friends. Highly recommended.

The design of the rooms impressed me from the first look at the photos. The price is truly amazing compared to the quality offered. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a truly central area of Sferracavallo. The manager is really nice and makes you feel at home. House Orlando is the best structure you could wish for if you are a couple looking for a romantic retreat.

I don't think there is a better location for those who want to enjoy both Palermo city and the sea and its village. For those without a car, the room is fifteen minutes away from the station where you can take the train to go to the city center and from which you can directly arrive from the airport. Clean and pleasant room, excellent management! Thank you Davide!

The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Too bad for the constant smell of fried food on the stairs, but unfortunately it comes from the premises below the structure. In essence, however, excellent apartment.

Absolute lack of availability and kindness from the managers. Bathroom without bidet and without products. Not recommended.

Newly renovated and modern structure in a strategic location. Supermarket in front of the Bed & Breakfast, very close to the center and the best ice cream parlor in town. Pietro, the manager, is very helpful and delightful. We had a problem at the airport with the car pickup and he came to pick us up with his car, and the next morning he took us back to the airport for the rental car pickup. Highly recommended.

Close to the sea but our room was in a bad position with street noises, from a boiler not ours that would turn on and make noise. Flush not working properly. Disgusting shower, makeshift furniture. Creaky loft. Comfortable mattress but acrylic sheets and duvet.

Perfect location, close to the sea of Sferracavallo and convenient to reach the center of Palermo. New and well-furnished rooms. I suggest increasing the light of the apartment because in my opinion it is not sufficient, especially in the bathroom.

Fairly easy to access by metro from the airport in 20 minutes. Close to tourist activities in the small seaside village. \nThe ground floor room directly faces the road, no privacy.

Kindness, professionalism, excellent structure.

Two inconveniences regarding the reservation: expected room with balcony, instead there was a window overlooking the inner courtyard; cash payment requested.

I had the worst experience, a very bad area, no parking on the property, also the street is full so at night you don't find parking, no wifi, and the room has a heavy smell of cigarettes. So be aware. So be aware.

Perfect! The House has been renovated with great taste, the whole place is very clean and the hosts are lovely and friendly. Located 2 steps from the port and the center, between mountain and sea.

The studio I stayed in is comfortable for two people; for larger numbers, I consider it inadequate. The structure is well positioned in relation to the area's attractions and services. The room is located in a lofted basement, and the air quality in the environment is affected. The furniture can be improved, but there is everything you need. The interior finishes are cute and refined; the bathroom, perhaps a bit narrow, doesn't get fresh air; it would need at least an extractor. The cleaning is done with the right attention; the owner was precise. The value for money, compared to what you see around, seems good to me.

Excellent location, half an hour from the center of Palermo and close to the sea. Finding parking was a challenge but with patience it can be found. Welcoming environment like the host who immediately changed our room after a problem with the bed frame. Excellent availability. The only small flaw, if we really have to find some little defects, is the cleanliness of the floor, dusty and with some hair around. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Very good, very kind owner, come as soon as you can.

Very nice and clean room. Great location. Top furnished and exactly like in the pictures. Very friendly reception.

Perfect location, nice apartment. But I was disappointed. TV not working and on the second day we had rainwater in the room, surely a problem caused by the renovation but it partly ruined our stay as we had to pass the mop several times and water kept coming into the room. Lack of Wi-Fi. It would have also been nice to offer us a room change once the problem was identified.

Very central location, excellent cleanliness, lively friendliness from the manager. For the extra charge requested, the breakfast did not compare well with what was offered by other places we visited.

The structure is composed of 8 rooms and is located a stone's throw from the center of Sferracavallo, in Palermo. Extremely helpful and courteous manager, provided us with all the information to make our stay very pleasant. We had breakfast in the local bars without any problem... everything and more! Sferracavallo is a seaside village that deserves more care, with a beautiful landscape view... perhaps a bit chaotic... for being July!

Beautiful apartment in House Orlando, recently renovated structure with taste and attention to style and design. A few more details would have been a plus (more attention to quality and quantity of dishes and bedding for the sofa bed, maybe a small table and two chairs or poufs on the terrace), all things not essential but that would certainly help make a place already very beautiful truly special. The owner is extremely helpful and very courteous, the whirlpool tub with chromotherapy a treat for guests, the exceptional rotisserie below the house (il Buongustaio) a very welcome surprise! Highly recommended, also for the location a stone's throw from the sea and the center. Well done!

Nel mese di giugno mi sono trovata a soggiornare in questa struttura.c Camere veramente molto pulite, complete di ogni servizio; personale veramente molto disponibile in ogni momento; situato molto vicino alla piazza principale di Sferracavallo raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Consiglio vivamente.

Sono rimasta troppo soddisfatta. Entrando potete subito avvertire odore di pulito. Alla pulizia veramente do un bel 10. Il b&b si trova a sferracavallo ubicato in un punto davvero tranquillo, non ho avvertito alcun rumore. Massimo della privacy! Tutti i confort (frigo (completo di freezer, condizionatore, tv, bagno elegantissimo con Jacuzzi luce che cambia colore per creare un atmosfera davvero romantica. Stile elegante! Titolari davvero gentili, mi sono sentita troppo a mio agio! Tornerò presto! Me ne sono innamorata! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Ho avuto l'opportunità di alloggiare solo una notte insieme ai miei amici e devo dire che il titolare è molto cortese e disponibile, in più ci ha lasciato la camera fino alle 15:00. Vi consiglio di provare la struttura. Altra cosa importante: il letto è eccezionale, e anche il climatizzatore. Grazie, ci tornerò quando avranno la suite.

B&B Orlando was a real discovery and right in the centre of Sferracavallo. It's in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the sea, the restaurants and the shops of the town. The room is a good size and big enough for the kitchenette area, a table and chairs, wardrobe large wardrobe, chest of drawers, ensuite shower room and a very comfortable bed too. In short you have everything you need for a comfortable, self catering stay. In the room there's a very efficient air con unit. Along the corridor guests have access to a large open (to the sides) terrace with tables and chairs. My host Pietro was very friendly and helpful and I had a great time.

Ottima struttura, situata in zona tranquilla, a due passi dal mare, pulita e confortevole.

Un amore. Posto incantevole, spazi curati in ogni dettaglio, camera silenziosa ben esposta alla luce e dotata di ogni comfort! Quando tornerò a Palermo ci ritornerò senz'altro.

Ottimo in tutto, il personale gentile, nessun problema nel locale molto curato nei dettagli, anche il posto da visitare assolutamente con locali caratteristici immersi tra l arte e paesaggi da non dimenticare, la posizione ottima per visitare Palermo ma anche zone limitrofe in quanto a 2 passi dal' autostrada e dalle zone di accesso ai mezzi pubblici/privati, consigliato.

Sono di Palermo ma mi sono ritrovata ad aver bisogno di staccare la spina dalla routine e dalla quotidianità, il B&B Orlando si è rivelata essere la struttura perfetta per questa mia fuga. Situata a Sferracavallo, a due passi dalle località di mare come Mondello e Isola delle Femmine, mi ha permesso di godermi un po' di relax e di magiare del buon cibo a pochi passi pur rimanendo nella mia città. Location con design moderno e curato che permette di godere a pieno del comfort e di tutti i servizi che la struttura offre, personale gentile e disponibile per non parlare del proprietario, molto simpatico e alla mano. Ve lo consiglio assolutamente.

Ritornerò sicuramente.

Sferracavallo è una piccola borgata sul mare ed offre bellezza e tranquillità. Il B&B di Davide si trova vicino alla piazza centrale e ha un carinissimo stile. È molto comodo e tutto è risultato perfetto, dalla pulizia alla colazione. In pochi minuti, facendo una bella passeggiata tra ville eleganti e natura, si arriva a Barcarello dal cui lungomare si può ammirare l'Isola delle Femmine e uno splendido tramonto. Da Barcarello si può accedere alla Riserva Naturale di Capo Gallo caratterizzata dalla convivenza tra paesaggio marino e montano. Ritornando al B&B, la simpatia e la disponibilità di Davide e tutte le caratteristiche del B&B hanno partecipato a rendere incredibile il nostro soggiorno. Grazie mille per tutto e a presto!

B&B sito nel cuore di Sferracavallo a pochi passi dal mare. Camera in stile moderno e spaziosa. Ottima la pulizia e l'accoglienza. Ci siamo trovati più che bene. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Personale gentile e accogliente. Stanze confortevoli e arredate con gusto. Pulite e profumate.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è un vero appartamento con tutto ciò che può servire: angolo cottura completo di stoviglie e tutto il necessario per prepararsi colazioni. L'appartamento è di nuova ristrutturazione quindi si presenta bene ed è molto pulito. Spazioso e idele per famiglia con più persone. Il proprietario Davide insieme alla moglie e lo staff della pizzeria del fratello (dove si mangia un ottimo panino) sono sempre disponibili a dare consigli per rendere un gradevole soggiorno. Consiglio questo B&B senza ombra di dubbio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B ad agosto tre notti. Non è una camera ma un vero e proprio appartamento con letto matrimoniale al primo piano cucina e bagno e un soppalco con altri tre posti letto. La cucina non l'abbiamo utilizzata a parte il frigo. Vicinissimo al centro di Sferracavallo e alla zona del porticciolo con i ristoranti di pesce quindi molto comodo. Colazione pagata al bar vicino (due minuti a piedi). Proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato.

Le camere sono dei mini appartamenti, dotati di tutti i confort, nuovi arredati con gusto con un utile angolo cottura. La struttura è nel centro paese, vicina ad ottimi locali dove degustare pesce e con tutti i servizi. I giovani proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Grazie per il bel soggiorno!

Le stanze sono mini appartamenti indipendenti e davvero accoglienti. la struttura è a due passi dal mare e dalla fantastica riserva naturale di capo gallo; si trova anche a due passi dalla piazza principale e ai locali di sferracavallo. invece per quanto riguarda lo spostamento per visitare Palermo consiglio la macchina. Davide è un ottima persona, è sempre stato pronto a un confronto ed è stato sempre disponibile alle mie esigenze e anche premuroso affinché la mia vacanza andasse bene. Ancora grazie mille Davide.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante lo scorso weekend al B&B Orlando. Il titolare è un giovane molto gentile, accogliente e professionale, pronto ad uscire dagli schemi stabiliti, se questo può aiutare l'ospite. Abbiamo chiesto una matrimoniale, ma probabilmente siamo stati accolti in una tripla o quadrupla, a giudicare dagli spazi e dal comfort che assicurava. Si tratta di una struttura nuova e ben arredata, con ottima posizione rispetto al porticciolo di Sferracavallo (PA), noto in Sicilia come luogo di goduria culinaria. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente e credo che utilizzerò in altre occasioni questa struttura come base per spostamenti anche su Palermo e dintorni.

Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, come aria condizionata, tv, grazioso angolo cottura. Proprietario, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, e cosa che ho gradito, è l ingresso completamente indipendente. Posizione ottimale per il mare; in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere tante spiagge; il lungomare è a 2 passi, con i suoi numerosi ristorantini. Senza bisogno di prendere l’auto, nei dintorni ci sono bar, posta, tabaccaio, negozi. Grazie Davide.
