The location is great for walking to the city center. It is also very quiet. Our apartment (although we had booked a room) was clean and fully furnished. Unfortunately, the service received in no way corresponds to the promises on the website. Already during the communication for confirmation, we were instructed on what we 'must' do, otherwise the request would be canceled - very unfriendly tone of voice - among other things, cash payment on arrival, indication of arrival time in the reservation. Our accommodation was located in a side street to 'Camelot' - We were allowed to have breakfast at Camellot - until 10.00 am was okay. When we arrived on the first morning, we were not really expected - no one knew anything. We still got something - the breakfast room was unkempt and cluttered - breakfast was cleared away while we were eating - it was not particularly special - only pastries - the host was grumpy and unfriendly. For the second day we were asked to arrive by 9.00 am, as the staff wanted to go home - it was Sunday. The rooms at Camelot are on the 3rd floor without a lift - could be important information for guests when booking. We are very disappointed and will definitely not book again. What a pity.
