Original and cozy Italian house, stunning views and perfect location - 15 minutes of drive to the beach and 15 minutes of walk to beautiful Casale Marittimo. Nice and clean swimming pool on the property. Perfect spot for vacation in Tuscany when you want to combine relaxing with sightseeing. We rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for a group of 6 people. Worth noting that there are some insects and lizards in the house, but it’s typical for countryside houses like this.

A very welcoming place immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with a splendid view of the village of Casale, the adjacent countryside, and the natural reserve of Bibbona. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything necessary, each bedroom has a private bathroom, there is no air conditioning, but fans and ventilation allow for good management of the hot summer nights. Functional pool, although not very deep (no diving). Enchanting place, we will return!

Place immersed in the Tuscan countryside ten minutes from the sea. For those who love tranquility, it is definitely what you need.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation and the facility were very clean, and the landlady was extremely friendly. We really liked the quiet location, and at the same time, you can reach several beaches by the sea in 15 minutes. There are also plenty of shopping options if you drive for 10 minutes.

Add a street number to facilitate arrival at the location.

We stayed for 2 nights, my husband and I. Easy to reach, super convenient location, close to Casale Marittimo, a fairytale village. Spectacular view and what can I say... The pool is super relaxing! Benedetta, a caring and kind host. I recommend her extra virgin olive oil.

Beautiful structure and excellent hostess. Mrs. Benedetta is always available and the olive oil she produces in her countryside is excellent.

The place, the bed and breakfast, was in a beautiful location with a view of the Tuscan hills. It was a large room, with a good-sized bathroom and a spacious living/kitchen area. Very clean and comfortable, with typical Tuscan charm. The host was lovely, always ready to answer questions, and their pet policy is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place.

Very beautiful and relaxing farmhouse. Bathrooms are a bit too basic. Overall, however, a great weekend.

Beautiful, well maintained and taken care of in detail.

The most beautiful place you can imagine.

Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the availability of the owner.

The registration of guests and access to the property were facilitated by the girl who was always kind and accommodating. The structure is as it appears on the portal, beautiful, comfortable, with reserved parking and very clean. Unique notes: there was no Internet connection, both paid and free, and, like the other guests who had just arrived, it took us several minutes to figure out where the reception was.

We have been to this fantastic place many times, the location is fantastic. It's a shame that the pool, but also the area around the pool, was still closed at the end of May. In fact, the opening was scheduled for the second week. Contact with the landlady via WhatsApp was easy. The apartment was clean, but some things are very old: for example, the carpets are old, stained, and the edges are worn. Flushing the toilets is difficult and the taps drip and are very calcified. This area could see a marked improvement with few resources. The fact that there is no Wi-Fi anymore is definitely outdated. We love this place and felt comfortable. The value for money is good. We will definitely come back.

A magical place.

I stayed at Fattoria Podere I Luoghi, a fabulous place immersed in a living picture. The house is very spacious and cool with some shortcomings, such as the absence of a sofa to relax on and the malfunctioning of the mosquito nets. The pool is in a magnificent position, tranquility and peace.

Beautiful structure, in a charming place. The exteriors are well-kept, with relaxing corners facing the panorama of the Tuscan hills. The outdoor dining area and the lounge under a patio with plenty of books are very evocative. However, I regret to point out a sore point, which I really recommend the managers to consider: the breakfast is not at all up to the standard of the structure. The bread is packaged sandwich bread, the brioches are supermarket-bought and a bit stale, the cakes are not homemade, and the jam comes in a tiny jar. It would take very little... fresh bread, even the Tuscan one from dinner, fresh brioches or at least frozen and heated at the moment, a few more choices of jams, fresh fruit. I have visited many hotels in Alto Adige and breakfast has always been a strong point. I hope this criticism is taken constructively, because that is my intention, given that the managers have done a great and beautiful job to make their agriturismo attractive and competitive.

Excellent stay in this dream village and in this very pleasant bed and breakfast, the room is very comfortable and well decorated, the welcome is very warm.

Nice farmhouse/B&B with an authentic vintage Tuscan vibe.

The owners are people who with passion, care and dedication carry out their work so as to make a very pleasant stay for the guests. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very kind service staff; enchanting setting; the choice of the educational path in getting to know the farm animals was highly appreciated.

Beautiful period structure, welcoming in respect of tradition. Excellent breakfast with homemade products served in the characteristic dining room; do not underestimate the possibility of using the outdoor spaces. Very kind the owner and receptionist.

Beautiful Farmhouse, in a very cute village, a few kilometers from the sea. Excellent value for money and very kind staff. The only flaw, if you can define it that way, is that the stairs are a bit uncomfortable, but it is a characteristic of the old farmhouses, considering that it is very rustic and with antique furniture, which reflects the place. In short, a beautiful holiday.

Lovely place, clean rooms and tidied up daily, 5-star cuisine, fabulous breakfast, kind staff, helpful and always attentive to the customer's needs! In short, we had two wonderful weeks.

We were looking for a place to relax and distract ourselves from the city routine and the choice was perfect, enchanting place furnished with attention and care with antique furniture full of charm, dinner and breakfast related to a farmhouse that gives you taste, contact with nature, and the pleasure of not having to move upon your return. Welcoming and kind staff always ready to meet your needs. We recommend trying it.

Kindness and cordiality, 3 wonderful days in a spectacular nature.

I stayed with my family for 4 days in September in an apartment. 4 fantastic days, we practically had the pool to ourselves, beautiful panorama and super quiet area. With a short walk (a bit tiring but useful to burn off what you eat and drink in these places, highly recommended also the farmhouse with excellent vegetarian/vegan choices... try the vegan chocolate truffle made with their oil) you reach the beautiful nearby village. We will definitely come back, thank you very much.
