Extremely convenient structure to reach the places of interest, close to the station, with comfortable beds, clean; maximum availability of the owner and the girl in charge, I was allowed to leave the room even after the scheduled check-out time and the luggage until the evening. Top reception, with the warmth that makes you feel at home.

We stayed here to visit Mantova, a city we didn't know and that was a pleasant surprise for us. The location of the property is strategic as it is easy to park the car and from there in 5 minutes on foot you can reach both the historic center and the Palazzo Te park. The room is beautiful, airy, and well-heated, the spacious private bathroom, and the ultra-comfortable bed. Terrace for smokers just outside the room, a nice convenience. I couldn't give more than 10, but I would have especially for the kindness and availability of the manager and the collaborator. Good breakfast, also available gluten-free on request. I would recommend this property to everyone, even for longer stays.

Roberto and his colleague were very kind. The structure does not have an elevator. Strategic location for Palazzo Te and the train station (both about 10 minutes on foot). A bit further from the center and from Palazzo Ducale, but considering the size of Mantova, everything is still very close.

In the structure, comfortable and clean, excellent location, the owner friendly and helpful, I had a very good time.

Very convenient structure to reach the tourist points of interest. Staff at the reception very polite and customer oriented. Very important thing that they prepared a great coffee for breakfast. In short, it's also what one morning after.

Convenient structure, well located in the city center and economical.

Excellent location for those traveling to Mantua by car like we did to attend a concert in the square. The structure has parking, even though with narrow access. It is ideal to 'park' the car and then walk to the center (about 15 minutes). Also, the B&B Ai Giardini del Te is very close to the Palazzo The, even though the circumstances did not allow us to visit. We will make up for it on a future occasion. Excellent value for money. Plus, we greatly appreciated the great friendliness and kindness of the boy who took care of our welcome. Exemplary management.

Excellent base to visit Mantova. Friendly and affable manager, with whom I pleasantly chatted in the short time spent at B&B Ai Giardini del Te.

We stayed for 2 nights, the B&B is centrally located, a short walk from the Te gardens and the city center. Nice apartment, spacious, clean, well-furnished. The only downside is that it faces the street and the cobblestone, with passing cars, is noisy. However, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. The manager pampers all customers and is very helpful with customer requests. Parking space included and free. Great price. Highly recommended.

Nice bed and breakfast, spacious room, clean bathroom, very good breakfast. The manager was very kind and friendly. The location is strategic, a 10-minute walk to the center. We definitely recommend it.

Great location! Marco (the manager) very helpful, the room with private bathroom, not very modern but clean and with everything you need for an overnight stay. If I come back to Mantova, I will definitely come back here.

The B&B Ai Giardini del Te is very nice, the room has a comfortable double bed and a large private bathroom, all very clean and abundant breakfast. The lady was very kind.

We had a great time. The managers were extremely friendly. Well-kept, spacious and colorful rooms.

Place really very clean. Breakfast unfortunately is limited to sweet, salty is not provided. Biscuits, some croissants (packaged and not) and UHT milk. Disappointing breakfast. The manager is very helpful, a bit too inclined to chat in the early morning.

I found myself very well. Reception and friendliness but above all independence, very useful for my study stay.

A bit noisy despite being in a small street, but central location so very convenient. Lovely hostess who was very accommodating about providing a safe place to store our bicycles for the night.

Clean and very quiet place, close to the center of Mantova, 10 minutes walk from Palazzo Te and 15 from the city center. The owner is very kind, allowed me to park inside the structure's courtyard and let me leave the car parked even on the day I left the room, allowing us to visit Mantova without looking for other paid parking spots.

Very close to the train station. Large and welcoming environment. Good and super abundant breakfast. To come back for sure. Beautiful Mantova.

We had a good time and the courtesy of the manager is beyond doubt. The atmosphere is familiar, clean, and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is good and the coffee with the moka pot makes the difference!

I would go back without thinking twice. The structure is very welcoming and immediately gives the idea of a familiar place. It is located in a strategic position that allows you to reach both the station and the historical-cultural sites in just a few minutes on foot. Family atmosphere, very kind and helpful manager. I recommend overnight stays to families and non-families, located not far from the train station and the city center. Quiet building. In essence, it feels like being at your own home. I will definitely return on the next occasion to visit Mantova.

The well-kept property, located a stone's throw from the center, beautiful rooms and spacious bathroom, kind owner and excellent breakfasts.

Perfect structure to stay in Mantova, especially during the period of the Literature Festival. The owner, Mr. Marco, makes you feel at home, letting you taste a Mantuan specialty (cakes) every morning. Great location (ten minutes from the city center). Quiet environment and total cleanliness. Mr. Marco (true Mantuan) 'bewitches' you with Mantuan stories (Gonzaga and others). I highly recommend it. Mantova, by the way, is a city on a human scale.

The bathroom outlet is inadequate, unlike what is indicated, it is not possible to rent bicycles, the agreed price was significantly adjusted upon our arrival.

Everything perfect except for the location: it's quite far from the center, about 20 minutes away, and given the distance covered for sightseeing, it doesn't help.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the station. Simple and cozy room. The manager Mr. Marco told us the story of Mantua; practically a human book. It is 20 minutes walk from the center and is in a very quiet area. Recommended.

We spent a very pleasant weekend, to come back! A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Marco, a great connoisseur of the history of his Mantua.

B&B molto accogliente e di facile accesso entro il perimetro prossimo al centro e a due passi, veramente, da Palazzo Te. Consigliato a chi ha voglia di camminare o utilizzare la bici per girare la magnifica città di Mantova, con i suoi monumenti, palazzi storici, laghi e foreste da esplorare. Bello veramente!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posto pulito e senza pretese, ideale per riposare, materassi e cuscini comodi. Ottima colazione sostanziosa e piacevoli conversazioni con il proprietario che ci ha raccontato molte curiosità storiche sulla città di Mantova, meglio di un libro. Cordialità, allegria, pulizia. Da tornarci al 100%.

Beh, che dire: il Signor Marco è molto gentile cordiale molto disponibile nel dare info sulla città e non solo. Ci siamo trovati bene, se proprio proprio devo fare una nota la faccio per la colazione, vero sì abbondante (fette biscottate, burro, marmellata, brioches fresche e confezionate, cappuccino, te, caffè, orzo), ma solo dolce; io ci aggiungerei qualcosina di salato che ci sta sempre bene. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare una delle sue torte fatta in casa, sarà per la prossima volta perché conto di tornarci presto con mia figlia.

Nonostante la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato non fosse quella prenotata in origine (causa imprevisto dei proprietari) vicino al centro di Mantova ma fosse in una frazione a pochi minuti di macchina ci siamo trovati benissimo! La camera era ampia e con tutti i confort, in una casa privata molto grande e zona tranquilla. La proprietaria è stata squisita e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni giuste per goderci al meglio quei due giorni a Mantova coi nostri bimbi, nonostante la pioggia. La colazione era assolutamente abbondante e buonissima. Grazie di cuore alla proprietaria. Da provare! Francesca e Daniel.

Posto vicino al centro meno di dieci minuti a piedi, camere pulite colazione buona e il gestore un grande dai cenni storici della città mantovana ai cenni enogastronomici.

Struttura ubicata in una posizione comoda per la stazione FS, non vicinissima dal centro, ma ci si può arrivare a piedi! Colazione molto buona e l'orario lo si può concordare. La gestrice molto disponibile. Marina.

Abbiamo trascorsoamantova un bellissimo fine settimana. La città è estremamente interessante, notevole, e contiamo di ritornare appena possibile. I gestori della struttura sono persone squisite, estremamente disponibili e simpatiche; il signor Marco è una fonte preziosa di notizie e curiosità sulla storia della città.

A great location, a clean and airy room and an excellent value-to-cost ratio. We have been very happy with the information given by the innkeeper and especially with his passion for history. We left Mantova with a much better knowledge on the Gonzaga family than when we arrived. We look forward to come back.

Posto carino e tranquillo, stanze semplici ma pulite; bagno davvero grande! La colazione ottima con caffè in abbondanza, per me fondamentale. Brioches, pane, fette biscottate con burro e marmellate assortite, ottima! Bel servizio di accoglienza direttamente alla stazione, mai successo prima, davvero grazie! Proprietario molto disponibile, simpatico e molto chiacchierone, eh eh eh eh. Grazie ancora di tutto!
