Positive reviews convinced us to book a 2-night stay in June 2023. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a girl who illustrated the features of the apartment to us. Left alone, after a reconnaissance, we realized the neglected state in which the apartment lies: dirty door jambs and doors, tangles of wires and multiple plugs put haphazardly, to the point of not understanding where the refrigerator is connected to turn it on. The bathroom, aside from the well-cleaned fixtures, had stains and white streaks on the tiles, let's skip what we found under the shower drain cover, as well as signs of rust (or dirt?) leaking from the windows. Wardrobes lacking hangers to hang clothes, half-dangling blackout curtains because they lacked the necessary velcro, entrance handle of the room that broke off at the first opportunity. Truth be told, the sheets and bath linen provided were perfect, but everything else described above left us with an unpleasant feeling during our stay. The breakfast, described as a strong point, consisted of fresh products like one croissant each, a cake, and some fruit. No trace of the famous homemade bread by the owner Jonathan (an abstract entity, never seen during our stay) so much described in reviews by other guests. Everything else was packaged food, local discount jams and juices, far from the standards of other structures (4) of the same price we visited during our Sicilian stay. I hope now that the owner doesn't come back saying, "You should have told us and we would have fixed it": we are not talking about hidden defects or minor shortcomings like a burned-out light bulb, but important details that are immediately noticeable and need to be remedied immediately, not "upon request" or "by complaint". But I believe it's been quite a while since the apartment was inspected by the owner as it's impossible that no one has intervened to remedy. It's not enough to clean the fixtures and change the sheets to rent an apartment, but those who stay have the right to clean and orderly accommodation in all its components. We regret reviewing this structure so negatively, but I hope it can help improve the quality standard for future guests.

La ringrazio immensamente per aver scritto una recensione così dettagliata. In questo modo posso agire in modo efficace e celere per risolvere i problemi da lei menzionati. Ho già avvisato chi di dovere. Per quanto riguarda la mia presenza in struttura, per quest'anno non sarò fisicamente al B&B, sto lavorando all'estero e purtroppo non potrò essere presente. Ho lasciato in carico delle persone molto valide, sono sicuro quindi che con piccoli accorgimenti la struttura sarà gestita nel miglior modo possibile (anche grazie ai commenti degli ospiti, come in questo caso).
