Satisfied, friendly staff, all ok.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the room need to be significantly improved. The elevator leading to this Bed & Breakfast located on the 4th floor had an extremely bad smell. I'm writing this review solely to help improve the service.

Structure with deficiencies in accommodation both regarding the room and the services part that need improvement.

Room and bathroom need a total redo, poor cleanliness, rundown building structure. Otherwise ok.

Struttura fatiscente, stanza diversa da quella in foto, lenzuola vecchie e strappate, sanitari sporchi, finestre con imposte rotte che non si chiudono, letto scomodo, rumori tutta notte, accoglienza pessima e confusa.

Muy basico y el edificio se cae a pedazos, tiene olor feo, pero la habitación esta bien.

Pulizia scadente, stanza in pessime condizioni. Lenzuola piene di peli e capelli, bagno sporco. Veramente una brutta esperienza.

Se dovessi descrivere l’inferno, questa struttura sarebbe l’ideale. La struttura è al quarto piano, l’ascensore puzzava di pipì. Zero cortesia, zero pulizia, stanza schifosa, bagno non ne parliamo, una puzza orrenda, disgusto totale. Purtroppo non avevo alternative quindi ho soggiornato una notte ma andando a comprare i detersivi per disinfettarla! Sconsigliatissima, secondo me gli ostelli sono molto più puliti. Non so come faccia ad essere ancora aperto. Unica nota positiva la posizione, ma per lo schifo che è preferisco farmi un km a piedi.

La foto della pubblicità sul sito è ingannevole. La stanza nella quale ho pernottato, fortunatamente per una sola notte, aveva tutte le pareti sporche per non parlare delle tende e della coperta. La tavoletta del wc era mezza rotta, il soffione doccia pieno di calcare ed arrugginito. Acqua calda inesistente e per questo non ho potuto fare la doccia. È vero che ho pagato solo 55,00 euro ma almeno il minimo si poteva fare. Unico punto a favore che stavo vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini. C'è da migliorare.

Spartan conditions that do not justify the cost at all even though the location is favorable for travelers.

The room was not at all similar to the ones in the photos they publish. The room was very small on the fifth floor of an old building where several "hotels" operate. The first night there was a faulty motion detector that emitted a very annoying intermittent and continuous sound in the hallway outside the room that I disconnected the next morning. We were not told where we would have breakfast, but given the general conditions of the building, we preferred to look for another alternative. If it hadn't been for arriving at 1 am, I would have looked for another alternative.

Hotel Viennese Due without any hygiene and safety standards respected. Everywhere you look it's surreal. I had booked 4 nights, I expected a spartan place, it was the only option found for a business trip. I ran away after sleeping just one night and also paid for the next one without sleeping due to an already expired cancellation policy. I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid it without hesitation! You find people camped on the landings, 5 floors on foot without an elevator in dark corridors. The area, although close to the center, is not at all safe even at 7:00 in the evening, imagine later. Breakfast included, in a bar run by Chinese people who offer you rubber croissants, but compared to the hotel that's even acceptable. I'm sorry to be harsh, maybe my bad experience could help someone else.

Conforming to the description. Dated bathroom. Quiet night. Pretty well located in Rome... although I advise against single women. Lack of signage... But quite happy to have found this affordable room at the last minute. Breakfast in a street shop nearby.

Unfortunately, the property is not worthy of being called 'Hotel Viennese Due'. The room I was assigned was worse than a bed and breakfast or guesthouse, located on a separate floor from the reception, in another apartment that included other rooms. Furthermore, the receptionists were not always available, and I had to call them several times to inform them that I was waiting in the reception area.\n\nIn the room, there was an air conditioner that was working, but after about half an hour, it started dripping. I had to turn it off and place a towel on the stovetop, which was present in my room. I couldn't call the reception because there was no phone in the room. To reach it, I would have had to exit the apartment, take the stairs or the elevator, and go to the reception.\n\nThe next morning, I informed the staff of what had happened, and the response was: 'Ah, thank you, I will have it checked'. I expected a 'I'm sorry', since it was very hot in the room, and it would have been preferable to have the air conditioner on. The air conditioner continued to drip for another hour or so.\n\nUpon my arrival, as I was being escorted to the room, I couldn't help but notice a homeless person sleeping on the landing of the stairs on the floor below.\n\nThe breakfast consisted of a modest coffee or cappuccino and a croissant, with a total value of 3/4 euros. In short, it was a fairly negative experience. The 60 euros requested were absolutely not justified. The only positive aspect is the location, situated behind the station, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I will avoid returning here.

Room not very clean with dust on the door and bathroom with a poorly functioning shower and limescale.

Structure located in the immediate vicinity of Termini station, in a building where there are other guesthouses. The photos on the website do not correspond to the assigned room, as well as the restaurant shown in the photos. Very small bathroom that barely allows movement, lacks a bidet and there is humidity despite the extractor. In the room, not all lights and sockets are functional, in addition to the double bed there is a foldaway bunk bed, which in my opinion would greatly restrict the already limited space when opened. There is no mini-fridge. Decent cleanliness of the rooms. Daily change of towels. Helpful manager. Rating for the breakfast provided at the adjacent bar is decent. Overall, the price paid for the stay is not commensurate with the service offered.

The only positive note is the convenient location near Termini. Low price but proportionate to the low quality.

The price is excessive for the facilities, very old, with broken furniture, homeless people sleeping at the entrance. They didn't even mention breakfast. They withheld the entire amount for the day of stay without my authorization. When booking, they only asked for a credit card as a guarantee in case you didn't arrive or canceled the reservation, but NOT to withhold money that will be returned between 1 week and 1 month. I pointed this out to the owner who replied "pay or leave, and I still won't return what I withheld". 130 euros per night seems excessive for something that is not even a hotel, with terrible service and disastrous facilities. I have images of everything that was broken in the room, but there is no option here to attach them.

Never again in my life! Upon arrival at Hotel Viennese Due, we were greeted by a seemingly kind lady, but alas, her behavior was anything but. Upon entering the room, the feeling we had was one of dirtiness. The bathroom was best left unmentioned, but the worst part was seeing a cockroach. When we brought this to the lady's attention, she claimed it was impossible because the cleaning lady had gotten rid of them that very morning (thus confirming their presence). Furthermore, she pointed out that since we had booked a bed & breakfast, we couldn’t expect much. Firmly expressing our point of view, we demanded either another room or a refund for the two nights (as payment is made upon arrival). After a brief argument, we were given another room, slightly better than the previous one. However, even here, the shower was better avoided, the sanitary facilities were marginally acceptable, as there was a little creature on the sink and no towel changes (two nights with one towel each). The dust seemed to have been superficially removed, as there was quite a bit of dirt around the bathroom window. Absolutely not recommended.

We were two in the room for one night, we had a good time, the room was clean and a nice bathroom. Good breakfast considering it was included in the price of the night.

Good location. We found a used bottle under the bed. Full of dust around the area. The hair dryer is not working properly, it's on and off.

Rooms are too compact and smelly. Bed quality is poor.

Some details to improve.

Value for money is sufficient. The hotel is old and not very clean. I don't think I will come back.

The bed linen was clean, but I didn't feel like using the only towel provided. The walls urgently need repainting. Only good for one night. There should be an option to exclude breakfast. The bar where I was supposed to have it at check-out was closed. I wouldn't come back.

The receptionist at Hotel Viennese Due treated us badly just because we asked what time the room would be ready, comparing us to other customers who were paying much more to stay like us for just one night. He even threatened to give us our money back! All for a simple question! If you want to do this job, you must behave in the exact opposite way, or simply find another job.

Disappointed. Entrance, stairs and elevators dilapidated; small room furnished in a rough manner; found only one shower towel and I had to ask for the complete set. 1 sqm bathroom uncomfortable and without bidet (missing bath mat and shampoo), uncomfortable shower with rusty folding door. Evident lack of constant maintenance and care. Poor cleaning, noises and voices from adjacent rooms and a mixture of smells coming from the inner courtyard. Internet connection problems. Breakfast in a nearby bar only with cappuccino and a croissant. Unacceptable! I paid € 80 per night and the disappointment was bitter.

Scammers! The photos you see on the website do not represent reality, the dining room they advertise is not even there. This bunch uses photos of a room as a bait and switch. From the photo, you would think the room is cozy for the price you are paying, but in reality, it is completely different, not even the bidet is the same as in the photo. The sheets are dirty without even being used, the room is a dump full of ants, hair, and stench! In addition to the filth and total disregard, we asked for face towels several times but were never given any. The courtesy set? They don't even know what it is, they provided a mini soap bar that was supposed to last the entire stay! Then the breakfast, at an affiliated bar, they talk about variety... the variety is 4 croissants and a coffee! Change hotel, for the same price you will find something else!

I booked a room in advance for my friends. They had to spend the night and continue their journey. At Hotel Viennese Due, immediately at check-in, they requested payment in cash, although I had provided my card details at the time of booking. At the reception, the lady said that if you don't like something, you can leave. After some phone calls, they still sorted it out. The air conditioner in the room was not working and in the morning there was not a drop of water to use the bathroom and wash up.

The area is very convenient both for Termini Station, for the city center and the university area. Obviously, near the major stations the 'population' is very varied and I don't know if I would return alone (I avoided going out at night and coming back late).

Overall positive, easy to reach from the station and to move around the city.

This is not a B&B but a "rent-a-room" establishment. I found the actual place hard to locate, though Via Milazzo is quite easy to find emerging from Stazione Termini to Via Marsala. The room needed more investment put into it to raise it to a better level. There was no plug in the wash basin, so just a gaping hole and the basin itself was cracked. The room was clean and so was the bed-linen. For a one night stay such as mine, I deemed it quite okay. Payment was requested on arrival and when I searched for my credit card, I was told to pay in cash as the owner did not have a "machine" for cards. I paid 60 euros in cash and was informed the receipt would be sent to me by email. I never received it. I left early the following morning and there was no breakfast, not even the offer of a breakfast voucher, though I may have been too early for it anyway.

I recommend against it to everyone. Stay away. \nIf you can, avoid booking a room in this structure.

I didn't like the place. The only good thing was the location. The behavior of the host was totally rude. We asked him about a bad smell in our room coming from the toilet and he told us that we hadn't paid much and couldn't expect high quality. Even at this price, I was in Rome where there was better quality and behavior. We didn't want high quality but the cleanliness and smell were awful.

The manager is very kind, polite and also very available and always ready to help. In my opinion the price suits the quality of the room in the sense of facilities and comfort. I recommend this place for staying for 3 nights and will absolutely book it for myself, should I need a room for a few nights.

Posizionato ottimamente per chi arriva in stazione Termini. Buona accoglienza, la stanza è come descritta sul sito, wifi funzionante, doccia calda e letto comodo; la colazione non l'ho fatta! Grazie e a presto, Ascanio.

Per esigenze di spostamento continuo durante il mio soggiorno a Roma, mi serviva un B&B vicino alla stazione, e l'hotel viennese 2 è ottimo come postazione, in pratica ci impieghi più tempo per uscire dalla stazione che arrivare al B&B! Appena sono entrata dentro ho avuto, sinceramente, un'impressione negativa, mi sembrava tutto così stretto; mi è stata assegnata la camera più vicino all'ingresso, e temevo di non riuscire a dormire sentendo suonare il citofono e le persone entrare ed uscire, invece ho dormito profondamente entrambe le notte, il letto comodo e caldo, riscaldamento acceso, e non ho sentito alcun rumore, quindi tutto sommato il posto è silenzioso, come speravo. Il computer che era a disposizione nella camera non l'ho utilizzato, così come il wifi, per cui non posso esprimermi a riguardo. La tv: funzionano pochi canali, ma sono del parere che chi viene a Roma dovrebbe avere altro da fare che guardare la tv! Il primo giorno la stanza aveva un po' di polvere di troppo per i miei gusti, ma è bastato farlo presente al proprietario e in seguito è stata prestata più attenzione a questo aspetto. L'unica cosa su cui non riesco a passare sopra è un buco sulla porta scorrevole della doccia, l'acqua che fuoriusciva si spargeva per tutto il bagno, se uno non se ne accorge rischia di prendere la corrente accendendo l'asciugacapelli! Per il resto non ho che dire; non è nuovo come B&B, ma se non ho capito male è in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi sono fiduciosa che piano piano si rimetterà tutto a nuovo. Il personale è cordialissimo, gentili e sempre disponibili, a qualsiasi ora. Sempre presenti. La colazione è stata consumata al bar di fronte, a pochissimi metri. Postazione anche questa super comoda perché non ti devi fare i km e il fatto che abbiano scelto di non effettuare servizio in camera secondo me è ottimo, così non hai un orario da rispettare; per esempio oggi sono uscita presto per prendere il treno ed ho comunque potuto consumarla. Non è abbondante, ma semplice e pratica. La preferisco! Il ristorante con cui il B&B è in associazione è anche molto pratico, a pochi metri di distanza. Semplice ma elegante, menù economico, gustoso, porzioni abbondanti. Personale cordiale e sempre presente e a disposizione. Che dire, rapporto qualità - prezzo del B&B tutto sommato buono, io ci tornerei!

Io e la mia amica abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti in questo Hotel. All'inizio un po' spaesate dal fatto che essendo andate all'Hotel viennese 2 qui ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura l'Evergreen. Stanza molto carina e funzionale, con televisore. Il letto a molle un po' scomodo e il bagno ahimé era senza bidet! La cosa buffa era che quando si prendeva l'ascensore, si dovevano fare lo stesso le scale per raggiungere la porta! A parte questo, posizione vantaggiosa e servizio buono, puliscono e cambiano asciugamani e tutto! Il prezzo è davvero conveniente!

Ho soggiornato due giorni nell'Hotel Viennese Due. La zona è pessima e l'hotel è ubicato in un palazzo di 6 piani in una via dove ambulanti e ubriachi posteggiano nelle vicinanze. Mi hanno cambiato la stanza tra una notte e l'altra e da come ho sentito lo fanno con tutti i presenti. Da come ho capito hanno più strutture quindi spostano la gente in continuo. Non c'e una reception. ogni volta che hai bisogno di qualcosa devi citofonare o chiamare. Le stanze sono molto calde e pulite anche se la prima stanza sapeva di fogna il bagno. La colazione viene fatta presso un bar dei cinesi. Ho preferito farla dentro un bar della stazione. Non penso di tornarci.

Posizione tattica e comoda, ma alcuni particolari molto scadenti, copriletto strappato e sporco ma le lenzuola pulite come anche pulito il resto.

Ho trovato questo B&B veramente eccezionale come rapporto qualità prezzo. Il punto forte è senza dubbio la comodità alla Stazione Termini, ma anche la silenziosità delle camere, che danno sul cortile interno. La camera che avevamo non era grandissima, ma per noi andava benissimo, perché tutto il giorno eravamo a spasso per Roma. I principali monumenti e musei sono raggiungibili anche a piedi dal B&B. Lo stabile è d'epoca e gli anni si vedono, ma i comfort del B&B e la gentilezza dello staff meritano che ci torniamo! Grazie Stan.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni, due notti in tutto presso questa struttura. L'impatto non é fantastico, in quanto l'immobile è datato e bisognoso di alcuni interventi di manutenzione, anche ordinaria. L'hotel è al quarto piano, ma noi siamo stati ospitati in una matrimoniale al sesto, carina e confortevole, un po' disturbata da vicini non troppo educati. La consiglierei comunque perché abbiamo avuto buona accoglienza e trattamento, anche in termini di elasticità di per l'arrivo e la partenza. Quindi lo consiglierei.
