Terrible location. Cleaning was nonexistent: there was still sand on the shower tray and everything else was covered in limescale. The red duvet was stained. In short, I could go on for hours. Good work.

Preferably arrive with a medium-sized car, preferably a small one. SUVs can be problematic.

Location and view were spectacular, value for money adequate. The pool is small and sometimes not clean. Staff very kind and helpful when present.

Location is remote and difficult to reach due to very narrow roads, which are risky for vehicles that are not compact cars. Not easy to locate, requires assistance by phone.

Although breakfast is not provided, the property offers all the necessary amenities to prepare meals independently without being tied to specific times. The view from the room and the terrace is very scenic. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They also support a noble cause, which is certainly an additional incentive.

We stayed for two nights. The idea of naming the rooms is nice. All in all, since it served as a point of arrival and departure for other destinations, I can say it is a good place. I would suggest that the hosts install mosquito nets on the windows, because air conditioning is available only in one room and in the other it is impossible to sleep with the windows closed at this time of year. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The place is reachable only with precise directions from the hosts.

Good property. The only drawback is getting there because the road is a bit inconvenient, but otherwise everything is fine.

I stayed only one night but I have nothing to complain about except that I had a good time. Breakfast in the room or buffet was absent but vending machines are present at the reception.

Good structure. I am comfortable driving and therefore navigating narrow streets was not a big problem. The air conditioning system should be revised, the "small apartment" is very nice but the small air conditioner might not be sufficient on the hottest nights. By using the adjacent staircase, you can reach the port in less than 10 minutes. Good location for those going to Capri or spending an evening in Castellammare.

We stayed in this property for one night, with three people and a separate room for the kids. A positive point. We had some difficulty reaching it because Google Maps did not locate it correctly. Its location overlooks the bay of Castellammare di Stabia with a breathtaking evening view. Good value for money.

My partner and I spent 1 day in this property. Very nice, clean and with a beautiful view. There is a but… upon our arrival, the lady (very kind) who welcomed us did not know about our arrival, my reservation (with a deposit and receipt) was nonexistent. We arrived just in time, before the lady left, we were supposed to have a video that showed us how to get to the property (video not received), if we had arrived late, we would have found everything closed, since Sunday is a half day. In a previous WhatsApp conversation during the booking phase, we were told there was a possibility to book umbrellas and sunbeds from them at the property, I was also told to hurry, otherwise they would run out, upon our arrival they told me this was completely nonexistent, that they do not rent umbrellas and sunbeds. Also during the booking phase, they said the beach was 5 minutes away on foot, done once with a stopwatch in hand, it was 20 minutes. In short, I don’t know exactly who manages the booking, but I think they need to change professions. Have a nice day.

A very nice and functional apartment complex. With a large car, it becomes difficult to reach due to the very narrow road, but once you get the hang of it, everything becomes very intuitive and simple. Cleanliness and effectiveness of the information despite having practically never met anyone at the reception. If I may add a note, it would be good to encourage the municipality to clean up the pedestrian street that leads from the property to the port area: it's a real shame to walk among the undergrowth, especially if there is also a tourist use. I would gladly return. Bravo.

Hospitality, courtesy, central location, excellent value for money. We had a great time, we will definitely return.
