Cleaning was non-existent, as was the owner (never seen), despite reporting the problem: sticky button panels, handles and doors; ashtray with cigarette butts left on the small balcony; sofa bed with brown stains and full of dust. I advise you not to stay during hot periods (no A/C). We spent a sleepless night and by 5 a.m. we were already out. Fortunately it was only one night.

grazie per aver condiviso la sua opinione. Ci spiace per quanto segnalato, ed effettueremo le dovute verifiche con lo staff delle pulizie. Ci preme solo evidenziare che nei servizi della struttura non è presente l'aria condizionata, pertanto è ragionevole non potersi aspettare tale servizio, in considerazione anche del prezzo pagato e il periodo del soggiorno (114€ per 4 adulti...).
I voti purtroppo sembrano riflettere, piuttosto, il malcontento dovuto al caldo eccezionale del mese di agosto, sebbene sia presente un ventilatore in camera. Speriamo che possa trovare una struttura più adatta alle sue esigenze per il suo prossimo soggiorno, invitandola a prestare attenzione alle dotazioni e ai servizi offerti, al fine di evitare un soggiorno non piacevole.
