È una struttura molto accogliente, localizzata in un crocevia tattico sia per gli spostamenti in città che per fare delle gite fuori Siracusa. Dal B&B si raggiunge facilmente a piedi qualsiasi attrazione della città. Il proprietario, Nunzio, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fortemente consigliato.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere in centro, comodamente a piedi.

Molto pulito, posizione centrale, buona colazione, gestore gentile e disponibile.

La struttura è in una buona posizione vicina ad ortigia, centro storico di Siracusa, e vicina al parco archeologico. Entrambi raggiungibili a piedi o con l'autobus. Non ho ricevuto risposta tramite il sito ma ho dovuto chiamare per prenotare.

Situato a due passi dalla stazione dei bus, a dieci minuti dal Parco Archeologico e da Ortigia. Struttura gradevolissima e pulita. Colazione sostanziosa e gestori disponibili, simpatici ed educati. Ottima "base" per godersi una delle città più belle delle Sicilia!

We stayed at the B&B for 9 days and arranging the details for our arrival was very easy and Nunzio, our host, was very helpful with regards to information about bus services. We were greeted by his sister who was also very polite and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. However, there are lots of smaller details that were subpar. For example the side door of the shower was broken and it was ”fixed“ by closing the gap with an additional shower curtain. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast! We had chosen our accommodation specifically with a focus on a rich breakfast (which we expected judging from the pictures shown here) but were sorely disappointed when we found out that breakfast consisted of packed food which is ”allocated“ to each room. So you get 2 coffee capsules for the coffee machine (which you have to make yourself as there is no one there for breakfast) and the capsule (or rather coffee machine) only yields enough for an espresso. Then you have a packed cornetto each and a packet of biscuits. In the fridge you can choose from different types of jam or yoghurt. But you don’t get any butter or ricotta or anything to put on the biscuits. In the end we ended up buying our own bread rolls and ricotta and a bit of ham and fruit to have something proper to eat. The offered breakfast is very poor and you can only choose from sweet stuff. Another negative thing about having the packed and allotted food in the kitchen is that, as was in our case, other guests can just take the things from the other tables. It happened twice that we had no coffee for breakfast because some other guests took them and they had taken some sweets that had been placed on each table as well. Fortunately, Nunzio apologised profusely when I complained about it and gave us an extra 2 coffee capsules. A positive thing you can say is that they provide water in the fridge. The B&B is well situated, as Ortigia is only a 20 minute walk away and you reach the Parco Archeologico in the same time. On the day of our departure we had to take the bus quite late and Nunzio offered us very kindly to leave our suitcases in the room and leave whenever and just put the key in the letterbox. That was very nice and accommodating of him. In general, Nunzio was very nice and helpful and responded to any query quite quickly. All in all I would say that the B&B provides good accommodation if you are looking for a place that is situated both close to Ortigia and the new part or Siracusa, as well as infrastructure such as bus terminal and train station. If you do not put an emphasis on the second B in B&B you will probably be quite happy.

Chambres spacieuses mais une donnant sur la rue est bruyante dès le petit matin, établissement bien situé pour se promener et découvrir la ville, possibilité de se garer en bas de l'établissement, propriétaires charmants. Un peu cher pour les prestations en basse saison.
