It is very close to the center. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The room also has a small balcony. The living room is very large and equipped with small appliances such as a kettle and a coffee machine.

I stayed in this property for one night for work reasons. The host of the property was very welcoming and helpful with all my requests regarding my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I would gladly return.

I stayed at Room Grigra for the UlisseFest in Ancona. First of all, I thank the owner, who kindly tolerated my request to change the check-in time due to delays and unforeseen events. The property is large, clean, and beautifully furnished. There is no air conditioning, but the fan works very well. Although breakfast is not strictly provided, guests have everything they need to enjoy a coffee, tea, or herbal tea. The room is located not far from the center, but outside the immediate circle of Piazza del Plebiscito and the Mole. Personally, I felt very well!

Great facility and top manager who even offered to accompany me at 7:00 to help me take the test for a competition.
