Accommodation cared for down to the smallest details, very charming, with plenty of space, clean, functional and in an excellent location. The breakfast was very well stocked, especially in the selection of hot beverages. The host proved to be very welcoming and helpful in providing advice and suggestions.

Rossella made us feel at home, always attentive and available for every little detail. Clean apartment, towels changed every three days and punctual, thorough cleaning. We spent 16 wonderful days in complete relaxation. We couldn't have hoped for anything better.

One negative point: it is partially in the basement, so it is very dark and a bit humid, but this may seem secondary when you spend your time outside discovering this beautiful city of Monopoli.

I found this property by chance while searching online and I contacted Mrs. Rossella by phone, who immediately appeared very available and attentive. I must say that when I saw the property, it confirmed everything. Apparently strategically positioned, very convenient and in 7 minutes on foot you are in the historic center of Monopoli. As for parking, it is very convenient and free right next to the property. If you want to experience the historic center, it is really convenient! The best solution to experience Monopoli on foot but without the chaos of the historic center. The house is very comfortable and well-kept, Rossella has a particular ability to welcome, she is attentive and very available, she has that respectful but attentive host approach and puts her heart into it, you can see it from the care she puts into everything. We had a great time and I recommend it for quality, price, comfort, and professionalism.
