Our stay in this warm and charming home exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for something special. The apartment’s elegant style and spotless condition made us wonder if there had been a mistake with the price—it was that impressive. The host was the epitome of hospitality, making us feel instantly welcome and at ease. The location was absolutely ideal. A bus stop was conveniently located just outside, offering scenic routes that passed landmarks like St. Peter’s Basilica—just a short walk away—and continued through the historic city to the main train station. It truly couldn’t have been more perfect!

The property is perfect, functional, well-kept and above all clean. The host was discreet and precise. The location is very convenient and served by public transport.

Clean apartment, in a good location, quiet and well maintained. Great choice also for the connection to public transport with the bus and the San Pietro station practically in front of the house entrance. Filippo, the owner, is super kind and always available for anything or help.

Perfect stay! It couldn't be better than this. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The area is quiet and safe, so no problems even at night for women. The Basilica St. Peter is just 5 minutes away by foot, and the bus to the city is right in front of the apartment. The host is very kind. He provides any help you need, I arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time but was able to check in without waiting. I stayed in 4-star hotels and this apartment in Rome, but I was most satisfied with this apartment. If I go to Rome again, I will stay here.

Stunning vacation home, clean and tidy, kind and very helpful host.

The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and is new and clean. The building is located in front of the San Pietro Station and the bus stop 64, which can take you to Termini, but you can hardly hear the noise and it is very quiet. The bedrooms are very comfortable. A few steps from the property, there is a Carrefour and nearby a pastry workshop that makes croissants with a unique flavor. The host is very kind and helpful. I recommend it to those who like to stay in the center but do not enjoy the hustle and bustle and for those who want to move around using public transportation.
