From the perspective of the structure, everything is fine: clean room, accessible pool, abundant breakfast, ample parking. From the viewpoint of the reception, although we were told that we could leave our luggage before check-in, when we arrived the structure was closed and there was no one there, we waited 20 minutes in the sun. The manager reproached us several times both by email and in person upon his arrival that we paid too little for the room without his knowledge, through an online offer on a site they were no longer affiliated with (our fault?). We were taken to the room in a bad mood without even being introduced to the structure, the breakfast room, the meal times... The rest of the staff, however, was very kind and helpful.
