Everything was wonderful. The communication was great, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed and good a/c, the people working there were very friendly and helpful, the location was great-next to metro and 12 minutes walk from Colosseum. They even allow you to store bags if needed after check-out. We definitely recommend this bed and breakfast!

What I appreciate about the accommodation is its proximity to the metro. The breakfast is of very poor quality. The air conditioning did not work properly, the manager was informed but it seems to have suddenly been fixed, although the next night it stopped working again and it was hard to breathe because of the heat. The noise from very early hours between vacuum cleaners, breakfasts, and receiving guests.

Good location and the room was new and very beautiful. The problem was that during the shower, and whenever water was used, there was a loud noise every 20 seconds. The breakfast had little variety.

Good morning! I recommend this place because it is run by wonderful people, and I can't help but mention them: Emanuela, Monia, and Alessandro. They have a solid role and do everything with dedication and involvement. I will list some of the points that excited me a lot: it is located 50 m from the subway and bus station. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets around. It is a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. The accommodation is absolutely new, equipped with everything necessary. From the dishwasher, to the air conditioning, to the oven, to the electric stove, and to an extremely good mattress. Absolute cleanliness and a good breakfast. It was perfect for my family!❤️ I can't wait to come back to you, my dear ones.... you are truly wonderful! A kiss to all of you!🥰🥰🥰

My mom and I stayed at this cute place for six days, and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the Manzoni metro station, and you can easily walk to the Colosseum and the Pantheon. The room was very clean, breakfast was tasty, and all the necessary supplies were provided. We really appreciated having two wardrobes—it made it easy to store all our clothes and belongings comfortably. I felt safe throughout our stay, as the neighborhood is quiet and secure. The host was incredibly friendly and had such a warm, positive attitude. I truly felt that she cared when she asked how everything was going—it was clear she genuinely wanted to help. It felt like they really value every guest who stays here, and that made a big difference. Thank you so much for everything! Rome is a huge city, and I still have so many places left to visit—so I’m not saying goodbye, just see you later. I hope to come back and stay in your lovely place again.

I found the ideal place for my stay. Great location, well served by public transport and very close to the crucial areas of the historic monuments. But above all, the hospitality and availability of the owners, Monia in particular for her friendliness and politeness, will be my fixed point of reference for my frequent trips to the capital. I sincerely thank you.

Nice room with comfy bed and every facilities you will need, all in good condition. Location felt safe and easy access to public transport. Topping it all off is the kindness of the host. He came back several times to help us settle some small problems, even in late night. Thank you :)

Almost absent, only non-dried fruit, oranges without juicers, lacking in variety and quality! Really ugly.

Overall, everything went very well, we arrived in the early morning and were able to enter the B&B without any problems. As for the breakfast, it was very good and complete. Regarding the host, it was also very good, although I would have liked him to give us a bit more information about shops in the area and places to eat.

For 300 euros a night, I expected a more abundant breakfast and more cleanliness both in the room and in the area dedicated to breakfast. Otherwise, it is in an excellent location, close to the metro and major attractions.

The room is brand new, very clean and very beautiful. It had 2 double beds and a hot tub. The owner Monia is very kind and super helpful. The breakfast is more than satisfactory. You can easily walk to both Rome Termini and the city center.

The location of the property is good, just a few steps from the subway. The room is very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with all necessary services, the staff is welcoming and attentive to the needs of the guests. We really had a great time.
