The structure is in an excellent location for transportation, with an entrance to quiet alleys. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and welcoming as well as very friendly.

Strategic location, 5 minutes walk from Termini. The only downside is the bathroom is a bit small, but it is clean, comfortable, and there is a lady at the reception who is really kind and attentive. Highly recommended. Great price.

My husband and I stayed at four bed-and-breakfast.it properties during our 2 week trip to Italy and all four were wonderful. We loved Hotel Santa Prassede - this is a small, independent inn that has been fully renovated in the past year so everything is clean and fresh. We stayed 6 nights and found it extremely comfortable and conveniently located. The historic nature of the property is intact but with all the modern conveniences. One of the hosts did much of the artwork herself and it's fantastic. Kristina and Luciano are incredibly welcoming and always willing to share information and suggestions for wonderful places to eat that aren't swarming with tourists. Kristina shared lots of information about Roman history. Breakfast is not provided but there is always coffee, tea, cookies, etc. anytime of day. There are some "OK" places right by the hotel to get breakfast but I recommend walking 7 minutes to the best bakery in Rome (Pasticceria Regali). Or, Il Flan O'Brien (about 8 minute walk) - delicious breakfasts for 5 to 10 Euro. Many wonderful places nearby for traditional Roman dinner - ask the hosts for their recommendations. This charming, independent hotel is located close to the main train station, beautiful and significant churches, etc. Longer but manageable 25-minute walk to the Pantheon and other historic sites like the Trevi Fountain.
