First of all, thank you for the warm welcome from Pietro. He picked us up by car at the port bus station. We stayed for 3 nights in a 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The room was simple, clean, with all the necessary washing items. It is only a 5-minute walk to the center with many shops and restaurants. On the top is the terrace from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. Breakfast is served at the nearby cafeteria/bar Nettuno with really delicious breakfast that you can enjoy anytime in the morning. The price includes one sweet or salty item with a drink. Try their pistachio croissant. The atmosphere is really great. There is also a fish market every morning to see all the delicious seafood you can enjoy in every restaurant.

I spent 8 dreamy days in Sicily: it's beautiful, magical, and if you stay at La Casa Sul Mare it's like putting the cherry on top of a perfect cake! The location of this accommodation is strategic, allowing you to be in the center within a few minutes on foot and it's not far from the local amenities. The B&B is surrounded by art, culture, fabulous views, and a truly stunning sea (actually, two seas!) in all this you truly breathe an atmosphere full of positive energy! The house has been excellently renovated and the room on the first floor is comfortable, cozy, and spacious with a beautiful bathroom (even the shower is very large!). The environment is always impeccable, thanks to a lady who comes every 2 days to change the linens and clean, which she does with great professionalism. The owner, Pietro, is very precise and doesn't miss any detail, he is always very attentive and available to the needs of his guests. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I really felt at home! If you aspire to a dream vacation and relaxation, "La Casa Sul Mare" is the place for you. I also feel the need to emphasize another not small detail: on the small beach below the house there is an ancient little church and a botanical garden that, besides being a splendid frame, offers shade to the bathers. Both are taken care of by a group of volunteers to whom credit goes for their care and upkeep.

The experience was fantastic from every point of view. Mr. Pietro proved to be welcoming, caring, kind, and polite. Nothing but positive things can be said about him. The structure is perfectly furnished and tastefully renovated. The room is very spacious, the bathroom fantastic, and the terrace a dream. The location is fabulous. The house is located by the sea, with a delightful little beach right below. Furthermore, it is a stone's throw from the city center and a convenient distance from the port where hydrofoils and ferries depart. Breakfast is served in a bar very close to the house. It is a complete and high-quality breakfast. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility to park the car for free. I hope to have the opportunity to come back soon.

Very beautiful structure located in a magnificent position by the sea with a wonderful view. Our ground floor room was spacious and cool. Furthermore, we could use the beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset, the pleasantly cool air. Pietro, the owner of the structure, welcomed us providing all the necessary advice to make the most of Trapani. He also managed to arrange the rental of a car which had proved quite difficult. He has always been caring, attentive, and available to meet our needs. As for breakfast, it is offered in a bar a few steps away, facing the sea, and it is nice to enjoy this moment in complete tranquility.

Fantastic place and very comfortable. Maximum cleanliness! It has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is situated in a very nice location. The host was very welcoming. Traditionally furnished without much frills. Unfortunately, there was no kitchen available. But there was a washing machine. The promised breakfast was a disaster. The host gave us a business card with which we went to a nearby cafe where we were served a croissant and a coffee. Unfortunately, there was nothing more. I understand something else under a breakfast offer. Too bad.

Pietro is an excellent host and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, organizing taxis and recommending places to eat. The location is outstanding with the sea on two sides. The apartment is in a quiet location but the main areas are only a short walk away. The apartment is well appointed and very clean.

By the sea, close to the historic center where there are excellent restaurants with affordable prices, the possibility of excursions to the nearby islands (Favignana, Marettimo) or just relax in the cove of San Liberale, right below the B&B.

We stayed 3 nights at this delightful Bed and Breakfast, in an excellent location with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the Torre di Ligny. The owner was very helpful and kind for everything, even driving us with his car since he was free at that moment. Truly appreciated. He gave us a lot of information on what to do, how to get around, and where to eat. The ground floor room is very spacious, clean, and renovated.

Peter was superb! Welcoming and helpful. He helped us organize boat trips and was always available for various needs. La Casa sul Mare is very nice, clean, and in a strategic position. It has a terrace to enjoy the sunset or sunrise, maybe with a good glass of Sicilian wine with a great view. Wonderful and well-kept beach, just a few steps away (down some stairs). I would gladly return and highly recommend it. Top!

Structure overlooking the sea, enjoys a breathtaking view, especially at sunset where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Ligny tower and the Egadi islands. The room is very spacious, with a wonderful bathroom and the possibility of showering with chromotherapy. Air conditioning, 5G Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV... amazing! The owner, Pietro, is a very friendly and kind person, extremely helpful and never intrusive. He helped us in finding restaurants and much more. A fabulous stay!

I stayed with my wife from June 24, 2022, to July 7, 2022. B&B in the historic center of Trapani, exceptional location, beautiful panorama overlooking the sea and a stone's throw away there is a small cove where you can swim. Furthermore, the location is strategic for tourism. The interior of the B&B is very well-kept, clean with a beautiful bathroom. The manager Pietro is very professional, kind, and helpful. Additionally, you can have a good breakfast at a bar a few steps from the structure on the port where there are fishermen selling fish, a nice picture of a seaside town. I will return to finish visiting the surroundings of Trapani.

Pietro was very kind and helpful, the structure has an excellent and panoramic location, we were accommodated on the ground floor and perhaps this determined the slight stagnant smell in the room, but it's ok considering we were practically by the sea.

Renovated and very clean structure. Even if you choose the ground floor room, you have access to the terrace with a view of the two seas, the Ligny tower, and the cable car that goes up to Erice with a dining table. Ideal for relaxing in the evening.

Great location, clean and welcoming structure.

B&B with new and modern rooms and excellent location, located by the sea (suggestive view from the terrace) and less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. The manager Pietro is very kind and helpful for any request, will make you feel at home! Breakfast at the bar located around the corner is really excellent!

We stayed in the apartment on the first floor with a splendid view of the stretch of sea facing Erice, truly a remarkable plus. The apartment is spacious and clean. The manager Pietro was very courteous, he gave us directions for our stay. Breakfast is provided at the bar 5 minutes from the apartment. The only aspect that could be improved is the cash-only payment. Staying for 3 nights, it would have been better to be able to pay with a POS or equivalent service (such as Sum Up), even though we were informed about it.

Pietro personally welcomed us, providing all the useful information about the house and the neighborhood. Also at check-out Pietro's wife, Maria, was present and friendly. The house enjoys a unique view of the two Seas and the Torre di Ligny. The cleanliness is impeccable; the seaside bathroom from the (almost) private beach a few meters away, wonderful. We hope to come back!

Excellent location. Clean and tidy structure. Spacious and comfortable room. Spacious and extremely clean bathroom. Very close to the center of Trapani, it is practically on the sea, where there is a natural pool with very clean water. Also close to the port from where hydrofoils depart for the Egadi Islands and various organized cruises. Strategic for traveling by car to Marsala, Segesta, San Vito lo Capo. The owner, Mr. Pietro, is very kind, helpful, and generous with advice and suggestions to organize the vacation. Absolutely worth returning at the first opportunity.

Fabulous! Stunning place and enchanting location. Excellent structure by the sea, spacious, airy, and very clean rooms, as well as the bathroom, all very clean. It was a unique and unforgettable stay. The kindness and courtesy of Pietro made everything perfect. On the terrace, there is a wooden gazebo with a small sofa, table, and chairs and a sea view of Erice and the Egadi islands where you can admire spectacular sunsets every evening that take your breath away, with the sound of the sea in the background. I highly recommend staying in this structure because it's practically a dream.

Il gestore è una persona molto corretta ed educata. Sin da subito, nei contatti iniziali e quando ci ha accolti, si è confermato disponibile e accogliente. Ci ha anche aiutato oltre più di quanto dovuto ad esempio consigliandoci cosa visitare, dove andare a cenare e accompagnandoci ad un breve tour della zona. Consigliamo la struttura proprio per questo rapporto così intimo seppur professionale. Inoltra la casa gode di un bel panorama ed è molto pulita. Le stanze sono grandi e ben areate.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Trapani. La casa sul mare ci ha regalato paesaggi e tramonti sul mare stupendi. Aprire gli occhi ed essere in riva al mare non ha prezzo. Pietro ci ha accolti con sorriso e gentilezza e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Grazie a presto!

Fantastica struttura in tutto: pulizie, camere, terrazza, servizi. Meravigliosa la vista mozzafiato sul mare e i tramonti che sembrano dipinti. Seduti sotto al gazebo, in terrazza, si è circondati dal mare e il suo rumore che ti culla durante la notte. Che dire del proprietario? Pietro è gentilissimo e cortese e rende eccellente la vacanza dei suoi ospiti con preziosi consigli e mille accortezze. Eccezionale e indimenticabile la posizione di questa struttura. Super consigliato!

Posizione, ospitalità, confort e pulizia rendono questa struttura consigliatilissima. Mi piace dare una notazione specifica sulla pulizia: l'appartamento viene pulito, con cambio della biancheria, ogni 2 giorni e così è avvenuto pure nel nostro caso, pur se l'appartamento era sostanzialmente pulito e saremmo ripartiti l'indomani. Disponibilissimo con discrezione il proprietario/gestore Pietro La Commare. Torneremo in questo B&B dove, da trapanese lontano da decenni dalla sua città, ne ho subito avvertito il fascino, il calore e i richiami.

Ottima struttura abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati in una casa a due piani, vista meravigliosa, proprietario davvero accogliente e di grande gentilezza. Pur trovandosi in centro il parcheggio è gratuito a 200 metri dal portone di casa. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!

La Casa sul Mare è una struttura eccezionale per chi vuol godere di un panorama incredibile. La tranquillità, oltre che la bellezza, fanno di quel luogo un angolo di assoluto benessere. A Torre di Ligny si rinfranca il corpo e si rinnova lo spirit, assolutamente fantastico. Grazie al Sig. Pietro.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a fine giugno nel B&B. La struttura è nuovissima e si trova sul mare. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Indimenticabili i tramonti alla Torre di Ligny che si trova davanti al B&B. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B dal 31/05/16 al 02/06/16 nella parte da poco sistemata e resa agibile da Pietro "padrone di casa" che da subito con la sua cordialità ciò ho messo a nostro agio, posta in fondo ad una strada a fondo chiuso senza traffico e con un paesaggio mozzafiato. Le sue dritte, accompagnandoci in un giro veloce della città sono state utilissime per noi che ci trovavamo in una città mai visitata, dal ristorantino per la cena al fast food per il pranzo veloce al dopo cena. Sicuramente se avremo modo di ritornare vado a colpo sicuro e ritorno alla casa sul mare.

Struttura molto carina, ristrutturata da pochissimo in una posizione fantastica e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Trapani. Il gestore (Sig. Pietro) molto ospitale e di una gentilezza e cordialità unica ci ha indicato un ristorante poco distante dove si mangia benissimo e ad un prezzo giusto. Se ritorneremo ancora a Trapani il nostro soggiorno sarà sicuramente su questa location che consigliamo a tutti, sia per la tranquillità sia per la posizione strategica.

La struttura gode di una posizione favolosa. A pochi passi dal centro, comoda per le spiagge e per gli imbarchi verso le Egadi. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. Il proprietario è di una disponibilità e cortesia fuori dal comune. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza al pian terreno appena ristrutturata, provvista di ogni comodità con un bagno enorme e super accessoriato. Ovviamente la vista non è paragonabile al piano superiore ma non ne abbiamo sofferto perché non appena fuori dalla porta il panorama lascia senza fiato. Se apprezzate la bellezza della natura e la comodità e il fascino del centro storico non lasciatevi scappare questa struttura. Pietro e la Sicilia in genere sapranno viziarvi in tutto e per tutto.

In una Sicilia piena di contrasti, la Casa sul Mare è una certezza: tranquillità e comodità.. il sole che sorge da Erice e tramonta dietro la Torre di Ligny, le camminate al mattino presto sul lungomare, il pesce fresco la frutta e la verdura del vicino mercato, i bagni serali nella limpida "vasca".. Questa casa rimane nel cuore. Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Pietro per la squisita cortesia e straordinaria disponibilità. Silvia F.

Siamo arrivati in questa struttura avendo prenotato telefonicamente. Il gestore della struttura meriterebbe una recensione esclusiva per la gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità mostrata nei nostri confronti. Durante il primo colloquio telefonico avevamo chiesto una data in cui la struttura era già piena e il gestore ci aveva indicato un altro B&B, mostrandosi comunque disponibile a indicarci tutte le attrazioni della città. Successivamente ci siamo anticipati e, per nostra fortuna, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento molto carino, direttamente sul mare, dal quale abbiamo potuto ammirare un panorama mozzafiato e tramonti straordinari. Non è stato richiesto acconto o bonifico. La colazione, di buon livello, è servita in un bar vicino, dove puoi scegliere una pasta e una bevanda.

Il Sig. Pietro è di una gentilezza assoluta, estremamente disponibile e professionale. I suoi consigli ci sono stati preziosissimi. La struttura è realmente una casa sul mare in una posizione unica e strategica; si starebbe ore ad ammirare il panorama dai balconi. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, massima pulizia. Senza alcun dubbio da consigliare. È uno di quei luoghi che ti dispiace realmente lasciare. Ci ripromettiamo di tornarci appena possibile.
