Fabulous organization.

The property is beautiful and perfectly in keeping with the village setting. The excellent food, the staff's courtesy and the owner's kindness make you want to come back.

Welcoming property and very friendly staff. One slightly less pleasant note: the 'Leonardo da Vinci' room is located at the top of a spiral staircase in the restaurant lounge and we couldn't sleep until late in the evening (we had to wake up early the next morning). Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

A nice place, pleasant, quiet and peaceful. We arrived late and couldn't enjoy the full dinner, but they provided us with plentiful and varied platters and focaccias, everything very good. Only one night. If I had stayed longer I might have given a higher rating.

Unfortunately, they do not serve lunch even though it is written both on the website and in the room, and after a long journey with children, I would have expected a different welcome given the family management. Everything else is fine.

Wonderful, sincere people, always available and smiling, able to make you feel at home… actually, maybe even better!. The property is well-maintained, spotless, and immersed in greenery, ideal for those seeking tranquility and authenticity. The food? Simply extraordinary: genuine dishes, rich in flavor and prepared with the freshest ingredients, many of which are from local sources. Every meal was a little journey into Umbrian tradition. It is rare to find a place where everything is so harmonious: from the location to the welcome, from cleanliness to excellence in the kitchen. An experience I will carry in my heart. The breakfast needs improvement. The same base for shortcrust pastry on all the cakes, and, not to mention, by 9 AM there was nothing left! This is not right for those who want to have breakfast later. A small note to improve the rest which is superb.

Excellent accommodation in the green of the Umbrian hills, very close to Cascia and Norcia. Excellent cuisine, especially the pizzeria.

Great structure in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, friendly staff, cooperative with guests and welcoming. The room is well furnished and has all the comforts. Quality dinner with a varied menu and the possibility to choose from typical local dishes. Excellent and varied breakfast. We recommend the structure if you visit the Umbrian towns of Cascia, Norcia, and surroundings.

The staff is very kind and available to advise you on the menu and also on the various outings in the nearby locations.

We stayed overnight and I have to say that we had a great time. Very friendly and helpful staff. I fully recommend it.

Good morning, we were a few days ago in this agriturismo in a small district Avenida, 15 minutes from Cascia and we found it good. The breakfast I would say is almost only sweet, with cakes and croissants and really good muffins. The food was a 10 and praise with generous portions. Our room on the ground floor was tastefully furnished but a bit small, however the bathroom was okay. There is excellent cleanliness. However, I have an important note to emphasize: the agriturismo I believe is at an altitude of about 800 m and does not have an air conditioning system, so with the scorching heat of these days, I had to ask for a fan, also because, being on the ground floor, they could not keep the windows open, as might have been the case on the upper floors. I would recommend them to provide a fan for each room. PS: I want to emphasize that my request for the same was immediately provided.

We stayed in this B&B for two nights and in addition to the breakfast included in the price, we tried the dishes prepared in the restaurant that is part of the structure. Everything was very good, my partner enjoyed the arrosticini and the pizza for me is delicious. Our room was equipped with everything necessary, clean and welcoming. The location of the B&B was an excellent choice to visit places of faith and spirituality and at the same time the plain of Castelluccio with its magnificent colors.

Good morning, my friends and I had a great time overall. Relaxing garden area, kindness and availability in everything. The only thing I would suggest, if I may, is to add something more to the breakfast but other than that, I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Ideal place to visit Norcia, Cascia and the surroundings. Country house immersed in greenery, comfortable and clean rooms. We found courtesy and hospitality. We also appreciated the dinner at the restaurant. The menu is not very extensive, but the dishes we tried were all good, made with excellent raw materials. It's a pity we only stayed one night.

The agriturismo is nestled in a beautiful valley just steps from Cascia and Norcia. It has everything, the goodness of the food, lovingly prepared with their products, as well as the rich and good breakfast. The croissants are superb, the owners are always kind. Another thing to say, the dinner is super! ❤️

Family-run agriturismo. The entire structure is very clean. Kindness of the whole family that runs the agriturismo. In the midst of the Umbrian countryside, just a few minutes from Cascia. Excellent value for money.

I’m sorry to say this, but it’s the truth. If you have dinner at the facility, you need a lot of patience because it’s very long. It takes at least two hours to have dinner.

Agriturismo Baldassari is a guarantee. The family management is truly excellent: available, courteous, and kind. We spent New Year's Eve with them and it was truly unique. Sublime dinner, engaging entertainment, fireworks, and a tombola game. What more could one want? We will definitely return.

I had booked two rooms with a bathroom above the restaurant since I had a very small girl, but in the end we found ourselves staying in a farmhouse with only one bathroom and steep stairs, therefore not very convenient for the girl and anyway three hundred meters from Agriturismo Baldassari. To be honest, the owner had informed us a few days before the change of plans, but I thought that having paid for two rooms with bathrooms, I would still have the second bathroom. We had agreed on a price, but then the person who checked us in demanded a higher price. In the end, I had to show the email with the price to pay what we had agreed upon, with no little embarrassment. Little cleanliness because there were some spiders on the walls. It is true that this is a farmhouse, but maybe I would check the walls before the guest's arrival. The breakfast was excellent, fresh homemade pastries that were very good, but there was no savory option. The dinner was fabulous with quality products and friendly staff.

Agriturismo just a few minutes from Cascia and Norcia, in a very quiet little village. The owners are very welcoming, especially Mattia. Everything is very clean, you sleep very well and the restaurant is excellent, with local products and generous portions. If we return to Cascia, we will definitely stay here! Highly recommended.

Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We also had dinner and I must say it was worth it. Exceptional meat, superb desserts. Essential breakfast, the most appreciated thing is certainly the puffed spelt made by them. We were satisfied to have stayed in this structure. If it happens, we will definitely return.

Friendly, kind. I am a celiac, and I tried the gluten-free dishes, which were delicious. The gluten-free breakfast is served with cakes made by them, very good. I also ate cream puffs (always made by them), fantastic.

I recommend it to those who want to get away from everyday life, a few kilometers from Roccaporena and Cascia, in a not very isolated but quiet location, excellent food even without gluten, kind, polite, and ready to meet every need! The only drawback is the bathroom in the room is a bit small. We will definitely be back!

Climate change has also arrived in Umbria, the lack of air conditioning in the room was felt.

In a quiet location for a great relaxation surrounded by nature, all accompanied by a very well-kept and clean environment, with kind and attentive staff. And what about the excellent dishes? In short, it is really worth recommending and returning on a next occasion.

Nice location in a beautiful position, the room is beautiful, the only downside is the shower, not comfortable at all, as it didn't have an arm to place it, having to stay only one night I overlooked it.

Very clean structure, the boys very helpful, the breakfast with 4 types of homemade sweets in addition to croissants, for the savory you ask and they bring you a nice plate of typical cold cuts, cheese and if you wish also eggs. All of good quality and with some care (oversights due to the young age of the boys), like adding a knife, spoon, bread, label on the jam to know what type it is, the breakfast is a 10, we also had dinner and it was excellent.

Kindness, cleanliness, great food! Mattia is a perfect host who always welcomes you with a smile.
