We booked a two-night stay in the room with a balcony. The room was extremely clean and tidy, equipped with towels, hand soap, and some welcome sweets. Although breakfast was not included, there was a convenient coffee machine with some capsules and a kettle with various types of tea bags in the room; everything was greatly appreciated. The bathroom was clean, perhaps a bit small in the corner for the sink, where a shelf would help to place more items. Everything was fine with the hot water. The room is equipped with a perfectly functioning air conditioner and a small television. The small balcony is nice, especially the large French door that allows fresh air and sunlight to enter. The location is good, although it takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the center, in the bar area. The area around the apartment has several streets with free parking, as well as a paid multi-storey parking lot. Fabrizio was kind, helpful, and punctual in all communications. Highly recommended.
