Enchanting place for those who want to be at peace with nature.

We chose this accommodation to be able to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. Unfortunately, it is not maintained. Many centipedes and other insects were at the bottom and in the water, and the area around the pool is green. We could not enjoy it. Otherwise, the room is adequate and matches the description; there is a lack of appliances such as a microwave and a fridge.

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts.The evening dinner was excellent.

The structure is very beautiful, rustic but with all the comforts. The managers are very helpful with whom we also had pleasant conversations and who make you feel at home. The possibility of being able to stay in the pool even after checkout is really a plus. A small suggestion: equip the bathroom with a small hairdryer that is found in all hotels nowadays and people are no longer used to bringing it with them. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back.

Chosen by chance, it was a positive experience in every way, who knows, maybe one day we will return.

The structure has enormous potential, immersed in the natural reserve of Farma, a few kilometers from the Baths of Petriolo. The cleanliness of the rooms should be improved - significantly - (we found winter duvets on the bed in the full summer!), the bathroom fixtures (broken sink, shower box that doesn't close, and dirty plastic mat, toilet seat that doesn't stay open...). As for the prices, what can I say... the overnight stay was advantageous, but we deliberately did not take advantage of the breakfast which amounted to €10 per person (really excessive!). We had dinner one evening, 4 first courses, 3 scoops of ice cream, and 2 coffees for €120 (without having a menu available with prices to possibly decide). Another negative point: the endless quantity of annoying insects inside and outside the structure. Perhaps periodic pest control should be carried out. The manager Luca was kind and communicative. He welcomes you with a Great Dane that roams freely around the structure, good but intrusive and, given its size, maybe not everyone would appreciate it.

The place is beautiful like the whole area and very comfortable. Our room was large and in perfect condition. Lucio welcomed us very well and made us feel at home (the dinner was also delicious). The only downside is the proximity to the main road which is noisy and somewhat clashes with the tranquility of the place.

The structure was not yet fully operational, and therefore the external context was not well maintained. The doors of the rooms need to be reviewed.
