Mr. Mauro literally saved our vacation in Rome because three days before our arrival, the owner of another accommodation canceled our reservation due to some issues. From the very beginning, Mr. Mauro demonstrated to be kind and attentive to our needs. He welcomed us with kindness and discretion at his apartment, accurately explaining the strategic points nearby. The apartment is excellent for those who want to spend a few quiet days in Rome; it is equipped with a lovely kitchen, where you can prepare meals, complete with pots, dishes, and everything necessary. The bedroom is spacious, with a wardrobe, a piece of furniture to organize clothes, and a TV. The bathroom is very nice, equipped with a hairdryer and several changes of towels. There is also Wi-Fi available. In the immediate vicinity, there are several bars, supermarkets (Pam and Eurospin), a pharmacy, a post office, metro A Cornelia, McDonald's, tobacco shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet, both during the day and at night. We are really satisfied with our stay and hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you again for everything.

My daughter and I stayed at the property for 5 nights. The apartment, located in the Cornelia area (North-West of Rome), is spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, almost like being at home. The location is great, in a quiet area of the city, full of shops, restaurants, services, and very convenient to reach the Cornelia Metro-Line A station in a few minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a brand new bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet; clean towels are provided in large quantities, a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, gas hob, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and setting the table, an entrance/living room with a sofa (possibly a sofa bed) and a very spacious bedroom with TV, wardrobes, and bedside tables. Each room has large windows. There is no dishwasher or washing machine, nor air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans that solve the problem of summer heat, despite the shaded location and ground floor of the apartment. The condominium is very quiet. A few meters from the apartment there are three restaurants, a pharmacy, the Post Office, newsstands, several bars, and a couple of well-stocked mini-markets. The neighborhood is modern, safe, but also popular and it's nice to walk around, away from the crowds of tourists who crowd the central districts, feeling part of the city among the smiles and friendliness of the people. Mauro, the owner, welcomed us with grace and discretion, always available for information and support. I would say that the holiday in Rome was a success, thanks to the city's vibes and energies, but also because good accommodation is essential to focus only on life in the Eternal City and feel at home when you return in the evening... The house is in a very convenient location, close to the metro and well served by shops, bars, and restaurants. There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and no washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom and shower are very comfortable. The bed is fairly comfortable.
