Excellent and quiet location, very close to the train station and the city center. Well-furnished and spotless apartment. Room and bathroom clean and with everything necessary, including kettle, coffee, tea, and cookies. New and functional bathroom with a welcome kit and hairdryer. Kitchen fully equipped, clean, and tidy. There is a voucher for breakfast at the nearby café in the square and discounts at various local restaurants/pizzerias. Federica was very kind and helpful, generous with advice, attentive and courteous in meeting our needs. Highly recommended.

Renovated and tastefully furnished, very clean, the owner is very kind. There is a voucher for breakfast at the nearby bar and a partnership with restaurants in the city center. We tried 2 and were very satisfied with the quality. In the room, there was a kettle, filters, coffee pods, mineral water, and mini croissants available. It is a 5-minute walk from both the station and the center. In the evening in the streets of the neighborhood, it's better to be cautious, however, the entrance to the property is protected by a grille. Highly recommended.

Great location for both walking in the center and going to the station. The room and the bathroom are very nice, new and modern. For breakfast, a voucher is given for a nearby café.

In addition to being conveniently located (strategically for visiting the Cinque Terre) near the central station, it is also just a short walk from the pedestrian area of La Spezia. Just a few dozen meters away, there is also a supermarket. The sense of hospitality from the owner of the bed and breakfast is exceptional, providing plenty of advice for trips around the city and the affiliated restaurants. The breakfast at the bar is good. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, along with all the little touches like water, cookies, and a kettle for tea in the room.

Accommodation very pleasant, very functional and very well located. The owner is very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice for visits and transportation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in very good condition. Everything is very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom with good water flow. Very spacious room. My stay at Sapore di Mare 5 Terre Affittacamere was excellent. My room was spacious, beautiful, very clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. I loved that there was a bonus kitchen area to prepare simple meals and meet other guests. The location was perfect being close to the train station so we could easily explore Cinque Terre and La Spezia. The area is safe and very quiet. Breakfast was at a cute, authentic bar nearby that opened very early. Our host was kind enough to let us check in early and made our visit smooth and easy from before we arrived until well after we had left. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent option to stay, very clean, tidy, everything impeccable, close to the center and the train station. The hostess very attentive, charming 10 out of 10.

The owner is a lovely and helpful woman. Me and my wife loved staying at her place. It is well located right next to the train station. The room is very spacious. We would definitely be back.

Federica's accommodation is located in the heart of La Spezia, near the train station and in an area full of shops; the structure is quiet and clean, and offers all the services and utilities I needed during my stay, while the room is comfortable and spacious, equipped with a rather large bathroom. I stayed in this accommodation on two different occasions, both for the quality of the accommodation and for the quality of the host: Federica is indeed an extremely helpful and kind person, who greatly contributed to making my stay in La Spezia even more pleasant and peaceful.

I stayed for a long period at the Sapore di Mare 5 Terre property. Welcoming, clean, and especially fragrant environment. The room is equipped with all the comforts including a private bathroom. The property is strategically located, close to the station and a stone's throw from the center where you can find shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Federica is a friendly, kind, and helpful owner, always there for any need without ever letting you miss anything. Highly recommended!

Guesthouse very close to the station, ideal for visiting the 5 Terre. The lady Federica is definitely the cherry on top, she has always been helpful, kind, and pampered us throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and fragrant. Inside the structure there is also a shared kitchen, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and all the necessary dishes. The structure is located on the ground floor and is also equipped for self check-in. For breakfast, we were provided with vouchers to enjoy it in two affiliated bars: coffee/cappuccino, croissant or focaccia, and fruit juice. Great stay, I felt a bit like at home.
